Bucky and Sutton were finishing up some celebratory sex not only was it homecoming night and they won their game but they had been together a year. He said "God baby I love having you here all the time and our daughter down the hall."
"mm I love it.." she said
"I'm glad that you let me adopt her baby. And I'm also very glad that you giving me a baby too." he said as he caressed her 4 month baby bump.
"Mmm I love it baby and I love my life with you.." she said
"That's good cause I have something for you." he said as he reached over into his night stand and said "Close your eyes."
She smiled and closed her eyes and he straddled her and she said "James what are you doing?'
"Open.." he said as he had her ring box already open.
"Baby just the day before I met you I told Steve I was done I didn't want to get back out there but then I landed eyes on you baby and I felt something inside me that I hadn't felt before. Seeing you baby have so much strength to have the courage to tell your story as heartbreaking as it is makes me fall in love with you even more. I love waking up to your baby blues and falling asleep with them. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you please marry me?' he said
She smiled and said "Yes."
He smiled and slid her ring on her finger and he kissed her.

He started laughing and said "Well I'm glad you like it."
They kissed and started another round of celebratory sex. The next morning they got up and they got Ansley out of her crib and started to make pancakes. Sutton had her hair in a braid and Bucky's t shirt he was behind her and he placed his hand on her growing baby bump and he kissed her neck as she watched Ansley walk around and dance to Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
They heard a knock on the door and he said "I'll get it."
He went down the hall to the front door and he looked through the peephole and said "What the hell?'
He opened the door and he said "Brynlee?'
"Um hi Bucky.. can I come in?" she said
Sutton heard a woman's voice and she left the kitchen and said "Who is it baby?'as she came down the hallway.
"Oh I wasn't aware that you had company.." Brynlee said
Then Ansley came down and said "dada dada.."
Sutton picked her up and said "Actually I live here who are you?'
Brynlee seen Sutton's ring and she said "Um I'm Brynlee I'm his ex wife.. um I'm gonna go I didn't realize that you had moved on Bucky."
"Well I wasn't going to spend the rest of my life wondering where I went wrong but Sutton pointed it out to me as well as the rest of my family that you were only staying with me for as long as you did cause you thought you had your golden ticket when I was suppose to go to the NFL but when I got hurt and could no longer play is when you decided that you had to get out right? Especially cause you couldn't do those treatments on a teacher's salary. She makes me happy she's pregnant with my son and we got engaged last night after being together a year. She loves me for me she doesn't give a crap about anything else other than that I love her and she loves me and I love this little girl that she let me adopt and I love our son. I hope you have a nice life Brynlee please don't show up here again." he said
"Bucky I .." she said
"Please Brynlee just go.." he said
"Right.. bye" she said and she left.
"Ugh.. she seems bitchy James" Sutton said after he shut the door.
"Let's go get this girl some pancakes." He said as he took Ansley and started to tickle her and she giggled.
After breakfast they went to his parents house and announced their engagement and let them know that Baby Barnes is a boy.
