karoline's POV
After Emmet left me home,I saw my gran dad on the floor,I ran over to him,he wasn't breathing,I ran over to the phone and called the police then Emmet
*e-emett,my gran dad,he's dead*
*karoline calm down I'll be right over*
beep beep beep
couple minutes past and Emmet ran through the door to see me in the floor, he takes me into a hug
"did you call the police?"Emmet asked
"yeah their here"I said and a parametric came into the house and placed him on a bed thingy
"we'll call you as soon as we get info on your gran dad"the parametric said and I nodded
Emmet and I cuddled up in my couch,I was crying on his shoulder untill I fell into a deep sleep

the next morning,I woke up still laying in emmets arm
"did the doctor call?"I asked
"yeah,you g-dads okay,he only had a panic attack"Emmet said and then his cell began to ring
*hello,yes raven,can't it wait,okay I'll be over*Emmet said
"huh,I gotta go,your gonna meet my parents today so get ready,I'll be over to pick you up soon okay"Emmet said
"okay"I said
"you gonna be okay?"Emmet asked
"yeah"I said
"okay,were something sexy"Emmet said smirking and I laughed. heading to my room
emmets POV
I got home
"okay,what is it you wanted to tell me,and who is that guy without shirt?"I asked
"your gonna wanna hear this"raven said
"your majesty,I'm Jake, your dad sent me here to tell you when he passes away your the next hare to the throne"Jake said all I can do is laugh
"okay I don't have time for this karoline is coming over,so get this guy a shirt and throw on some clothes,u looking like a,a....."I said
"Emmet,its true your the vamp king"raven said
"oh really,and how do you know that?"I asked
"because,I'm his mate,and karoline is yours"raven said
"okay, i know about the mate thing,but the king thing is not really,okay raven now go put some clothes on"I said going up to my room
"stop making me out to be a brat,I'm not a brat"raven said heading to her room
"yeah,whatever"I said closing the door behind me,I changed clothes,
and walked downstairs,to see every one downstairs
"everyone ready?"I asked
"yeah"Silas said and I walked out the house
