Dancing with Tears in my Eyes

Sasha walked tentatively into the dance club. Bodies moving everywhere, the smell of alcohol was intoxicating.

She felt alienated, everyone in the most revealing outfits you'll ever see publicly allowed, and she was just in denim shorts, combat boots, and a black tank top.

Maybe coming here to take her mind off what happened to Mikasa wasn't the best idea.

Once she stepped hesitantly onto the dance floor, it was another world:

Instantaneously, bodies were pressed against her, all seemingly oblivious to the tears beginning to stream down her face.

She saw one girl stop moving for a moment, earning a look of disappointment from the guy she was dancing with, but she kept her eyes locked with Sasha's, who had noticed her by now. She was a beautiful girl. Probably around 23 or 24, with long brown hair down to her waist and icy blue eyes. She motioned for Sasha to come over to her, and as soon as Sasha got the message and started moving, the brunette stepped off the dance floor and walked over to the wall.

"Hey, are you okay?"

Sasha was distracted. Also nervous. Probably leaning more towards the latter.

"Huh? Oh...sorry. Wait, who are you?"

"I'm Ivy, what's your name?"

"Sasha."

"Well Sasha, are you okay?"

Sasha felt like she was being strangled as she tried not to think about what happened to the beautiful person that is her girlfriend Mikasa.

Sasha winced.

Was. Was her girlfriend. She's gone now.

"I'm...," Sasha's heart shattered.

"I'm fine."

A/N: Okay! Chapter One is up. As of right now, I've written 7 chapters. So I'll post those in a bit.
