Troys p.o.v.

The girl acted like she knew me, but she might've; I didnt remember anything. She left me in a bedroom, telling me to wash up and shed get something to eat. She seemed nice,  she was sorta cute.

With her black hair and grey eyes. By the time I'd showered in the bathroom that was attached to the bedroom, and dressed in spare clothes that she'd brought me; the girl came in with a bag of food.

Why wasn't she scared of me?

I could be a rapist... or a robber.

Why did I have so many scars on my face, and arms? Wasnt she scared of that? She looks like shes only thirteen at the most, arnt girls like that supposed to be scared of scared older teens like me?

But then again she acted like she knew me. "Here I brought you some sandwichs!" She said taking three carfully wrapped sandwiches out of her bag. "Thanks!" I replied and began to eat, her staring at me the whole time. "Your kind of creeping me out!" I said and she hesitated before asking: "You really dont remember anything do you?" I nodded, scratching the back of my head. "Why am I the only one who remembers?" She said to herself. She mustve saw my confused expression. "Oh, you and my brother dont remember anything. Neither does my uncle. But I do remember!" She said and that made me even more puzzled.

"When you get your memories back you'll know." She said and then I asked her: "Why do I have scars all over my body?" She smiled than laughed. "Really your still the same old Troy!" I waited tell she calmes down. "You used to get in alot of fights with the other kids, and plus we where always getting into trouble!" She said. "Whos we?" I asked and she sighed. "You, me, and my brother Andrew!" She said. I nodded not sure what she was talking about though. "You should get some sleep, I nodded again and she left without another word. I layed back on the comfortable bed and closed my eyes. It felt like it had been fifty years since Id last rested.

'Oh I didnt cath her name!' I thought in my head and turned on my side.'Where'd I come up with that?' I thought again and closed my eyes to meet the dreams.

*Dream*

Everything was dark, as Isnuck around the corner, the cold, wet cobblestones where torture under my raw, bleeding feet. I saw two kids sitting in the old alley, they were dirty; I could tell one of them was a boy at age twelve, the kid next to him was wrapped in a ratty blanket. The boy was digging through the trash. He was thin, and wore ratty clothes. He to was barefoot. But I rushed at the kid wrapped in a blanket, I grabbed the blanket and ripped It off HER. I continued to run but was nocked down. My head hit the stones with a 'thunk'. I cried out and released the blanket. A pair of small hands turned me over and I sae threw blurry vision two grey eyes. "The heck you thunkin on takin me sisters blanky kid!" The boy growled grabbing my ratty shirt collar and lifting me up. We were the same age but he was stronger than me by alot. "You thunk yours the only ones whosa cold!" I spat though my head heart like hell. "Go find yourself ones!" The boy snarled and let me drop like a sack of potatoes.

I got up and tackled the boy to the ground. He groaned as his head hit the stones but he started clawing and punching. "ANDREW!" A girls voice cried and the boy froze and looked up. I looked up to. The little girl id stolen the blanket from was crying as a man held a knife to her throat. "Got money kids?" The stranger asked. "No money here sir!" The boy Andrew said. "To bad then I better take this perty little girl with me!" The man said and thats when hell broke loose.

A huge dragon like bird attached itself to the mans neck and sank its jaws into the mans throat. The guy released the girl and ran off screaming; he only made it three strides before he dissolved into the air.

The girl ran to her brother she mustve only been eight. In the faint light of the street lamps I saw she had dark black hair and had the identicle grey eyes like her brother. She ran crying to him and I sat off to the side alittle uncomfortable.

When the girl stopped crying we ended up eating the stolen bread loaf I had taken from my master when I ran away. It wasnt warm and it wasnt cold, but it wasnt stale. We talked and ate a qaurter of the loaf before we all huddled together as it started to rain. We talked and laughed tell we fell asleep one by one. "You should stay with us forever Troy!" The girl whispered before I fell asleep.
