A/n: so I decided to write this as you just turned 19 (starting uni) and sam and Colby are 20 turning 21 so ya I think Colby is going to be a love interest.
After inviting them in and talking with them for a bit I decided to give them all a house tour, but before I did I grabbed my camera and went to my room.
"O..M..G.. GUYS!! the (beep) trap house is at my house!! Sam, Colby, Elton, and all the guys are here!! And I'm about to give them a Flippin house tour!!.. I will be back later to explain why the change of plans and such bye!!"
I walked back into the living room and said.. "House tour?" They all stood up and got excited
"So my family lives in a small house as you can see here, so this won't be very long, alright so once you walk into the house you can either go left or right. On the right side you have the living, dining, and kitchen and then on the left is everything else so, the first bedroom is mine. Three walls are a light grey and one is a pale orange color."

"y/n who did these paintings they are so beautiful!" Kat said.
"Well thank you and well all the paintings and art essentials are all created by me! Due to my artistic abilities, art is my passion!" I said proudly.
"They are truly great!" Sam said.
"Thank you, now the next door leads to the basement which we can go to last Not too exciting just my brother and I's gaming room. Anyway, if we continue down the hall the next room is my parents, then my brothers and last but not least is the toilet."
"Your house is small but very open at the same time and homey," Jake commented.
"If we want to go see downstairs we can my brother should be down there but he won't mind if anything he will brag about it, so just head down and I can stay up here with the ladies.
"Alright, cool Y/n" Colby said.
Colby's pov
We headed down into her basement and once we go to the door I knocked. A few moments after this young boy opened it. I was a little shocked because I was expecting him to be older but he looked to be 14 or something.
"Hey! I'm Decklan, I am 15 years old and this is where the magic happens, aka the gaming room!" He said
He let us in, and god was this place cool. One side was decked out with blues, blacks, and whites and the other was purply pink. "WOW" we all said
"Haha, thx!" He said while sitting back in his gaming chair.
"Do you guys want to play? I can set one of you up on my sister's monitor so we can play duos?" He asked and being the kind people we are we all agreed we'd play.

It's been about an hour of talking with the girls About boys, school, and other stuff when the boys finally started coming up the stairs from the basement.
"Why is your 15-year-old brother so mature and cool?" Aaron asked me.
"Honestly not sure on how to answer that, both he and Marcus are crazy when it comes to gaming."
"Marcus? Who's Marcus?" Colby asked.
"My other brother, he is 12 and is currently out at hockey with my dad!" I said answering his question.
"Oh! Cool!" He said
"Ok so Sam, Colby I actually have something for you guys so please come take a seat on the couch and close your eyes." They did and I ran to my room to grab a poster I had made in my graphic design class earlier this year when they first dropped their turquoise Bando bros sweaters.
