“You wanna play, you wanna stay, you wanna have it all, you started messing with my head until I hit a wall, maybe I shoulda known, maybe I shoulda known, that you would walk, you would walk out the door”. I stretched my hand, shutting off successfully my alarm. As much as I love that song it’s annoying to hear it first thing in the morning. I should probably wake up to get ready for school before I am late.
After dragging myself out of bed I, I did all my morning routines. I looked at my reflection at the mirror, I am not that fat, but I still have meat, I have boring brown eyes, and strawberry hair. There is nothing extraordinary about me: don’t get me wrong I don’t have low self-steam. I don’t like caking myself with make-up, so I was done in less than 20 mins. What can I say I am fast girl.
Coming down from up the stairs, I found my brothers and sisters at the table eating breakfast. I have 5 brothers and one sister and I only get along with my small sister. My brothers are annoying and weird creatures. My elder brother drop out of school but my mum still loves him, one is I junior school and the other three are lower primary school. My mum owns her own flower business while my dad works at the port as a manager. Now that I have introduced my family lets go put food in my stomach and run to school as I have only 20 mins to walk there before first bell rings. I grabbed sandwich and water bottle to eat on the way to school. “Bye mum, dad and everyone else I am off now” “take care” my parents said together. I wander sometimes if they share the same brain waves
Finally I am at the gate, millennium high is just like any other high school; we have the jocks, the popular, the nerds and the weirdos and also the wanna be poplars. You might wander where I belong; I am the nerd but at the same time the unnoticed girl n school. It’s like I don’t exist at all.
As soon I entered the school halls I found my best friend waving crazily at me, Becca has been my only friend since our diaper years.
“Hey, good morning” I was pulled in a tight hug before I even finished my statement. Irk; I started tapping her back since she was choking me literary.
“Opps! Sorry it’s just that I missed you so much for the summer holidays”
“Yeah who told you to leave me alone and travel away?”
“Yeah yeah I had to go out of Uswistan, want to see the whole of Utoris before I choose university” brrring, brrring; the school bell started is ringing.
“Let’s go before the tardy bell rings”I hope you enjoy part one and tell me how it is in the comment section. Thank you for reading my book, I'll post part two soon😍😎.
Love you all😍
