Carson pulled Annie into a hug. He kissed her on her head.

Annie took the knife from her pocket and threw it to the ground. Annie screamed in pain.

Annie dropped to the ground unconscious.

Hayden-Grab her Carson we need the hospital!
Carson picked her up and they ran to the hospital. Once they got there the doctors took her away, or tried at least. Carson wouldn't let her go. Hayden had to grab him and let the doctors pick Annie up with Carson restrained. Carson saw the doctors look worried when they walked through the doors.
Carsons POV
She can't be dead.... she can't leave me... it's my fault.....if I wasn't so much of an ass she would be....not dead? She's not dead! She can't be!
Hayden's POV
I could tell that Carson couldn't process what had happened.... little did he know this has happened before.... last time she tried to hang herself though... I guess she was serious last time.... SHE WAS CARRYING A FUCKING KNIFE! How....why.....what demons posses her enough for this to happen.... she doesn't even have mom and dad here for her this time....
The doctors walked out without Annie this time. Carson stood up, I dragged him back down. The doctors looked worried when they walked up to us.
Doctor 1- are you her brothers?
Hayden-I'm her brother and this is her boyfriend
Doctor 2-Only family can see her at the moment.
Doctor 1-Where is your mother and father?
Hayden-Maryland...
Doctor 2-Do you know when they will return
Hayden-YEAH NEVER!
Doctor 1-Sorry to hear that...if anyone asks... you are her brothers.
Doctor 2- you can both see her now
Carson raced towards Annie's room. I ran after him. He ran to her side and grabbed her hand. She was unconscious and barely breathing. He cried into her hand. I wasn't going to cry.... I did last time because they didn't think she would survive.... but she did.
Carsons POV
The doctors told us we could see her so I raced to Annie's side. I don't know why but Hayden was not even looking at her. He was looking directly at me as I cried into her hand.... he's creeping me out...

Hayden-You made her both happy and depressed.... and I realised that she does the same to you...
Carson-What?
Hayden-she was going to kill herself so she couldn't hurt you because she loved you.... you were cutting because she made you happy but she didn't want to hurt you....
