Rachel's POV

My nose smells the scent of medicine and hospital. I almost forgot I was still here.

"Ross, where's your dad?"

"He wasn't here when I woke up so I don't really know."

Right after he says that, a nurse comes in.

"Hello, Rachel! How are you feeling?" Her voice is perky and awake, unlike me.

"Much better now that I've got some rest. Do you know where my husband Finn, went?"

She gives me a look. "Finn....Finn....HUDSON?" She blurts out. "Uh yes, where did he go?"

"He's a patient, that's how I know him, along with his daughter."

"They're patients?!?!?!" I get out of my bed and head to the front desk where a male nurse is typing something on his computer.

"Where can I find Finn Hudson and Emma or Haylee Hudson?"

"Mr. Hudson and Haylee are in room 403." He replies without even looking up at me.

I walk to an elevator and travel up to floor 4. I eventually find the room where Finn and Haylee are both sleeping, along with a nurse.

"You can't be in here." She says.

"I'm his wife and her mother, what happened to them?" My response has a rude quality to it.

"Oh, I'm sorry. They were admitted late last night because they were in a fire."

"A f-fire...how did-"

"Rachel?" I look behind the nurse and see Finn.

"Finn!!" I run up to him and give him a kiss on the mouth.

I her a little yawn behind me, it's Haylee. I run over to her and kiss her as well. "I missed you so much!" I'm crying my eyes out, tears of joy. Just one more challenge and I can be happy.

The next hour consisted of Finn explaining that Brody gave him the challenge instead of me, angry police, and questions from the officers.

"Never ever not tell us information as important as that." An officer yells at Finn.

He just nods.

My phone goes off.

Hey Rach!

Let's hope your feeling better because the final challenge is all you. Emma can't wait to see you, so meet me exactly where we fist met. Come at midnight and as always, don't bring the police.

Love, Brody;)

Without further thought, I show an officer the message.

"I have an idea, we have a new piece of technology that you can wear, to alert us that we should engage and arrest him. It will be a ring, all you have to do is click the top part, although there may be a delay."

********

Me and Brody first met at NYADA, when I was a freshman. But he was very specific, we met in the co-ed bathroom on campus.

So that's where I'm going.

When I got here, the door was open which lead me into a hallway.

Sweat keeps building up on my forehead. What am I going to find? My daughter on the floor, dead? I'd want to die right there if that was the case.

I carefully place my hand on the bathroom door and open it. At first nothing seemed out of the ordinary until I saw him.

"Where is she?"

"You'll find out soon enough, but in the mean time, let's talk about us." He inches his way, coming closer to me.

I laugh. "There is no us."

A smile crawls on his face. "I can change that."

Right before I can click the button on my ring, his hands clasp around my wrists.

I feel him push me against a shower wall and kiss my neck viciously.

"Stop!" I scream. No use, the police are outside and I still haven't pressed the button.

His hands leave my wrist and make their way to my waist. My body is covered in goosebumps from his touch, it disgusts me.

My hand moves to the ring and I click the top, I remember the officer said that there could be a delay.

He doesn't stop kissing me, instead things only get worse. His hands rip my shirt open which makes my bra viable. No more, don't let him get any further.

I claw my nails into his neck, being a girl has it's advantages. He yelps out and somewhat loosens his grasp on me. I bolt for the door but hands wrap around my neck and pull me to the ground right before I can touch the door knob.

"You bitch!" Instead of going back to kissing me, he begins to choke me.

I hear the noise of the police, behind the door and so does he, but he doesn't stop.

"I knew I would go back to jail once I started this." He mutters.

I watch him reach into his pocket and grab a knife. "This'll be quick."

Are probably the last words I'll ever hear.

I think to Finn, his smile, his eyes, his big heart. He loved me so much more than anybody else possibly could. Thank you, Finn. Thank you so much.

I love you
