So guys this is my first time writing a story like this so I hope you like it!

Sarah's POV:
As soon as I pulled up to the orphanage my heart started to flutter. This was the first time I have ever done something like this. I turned my car off and took a deep breath in.
'Well here goes nothing!' I said to myself as stepped out the car went up to the door, and knocked. I waited for about a minute or two until the door swung open and I young woman smiled.
"Hi you must be Sarah I'm April. I own this orphanage." she said as she shook my hand. "yes ma'am I am Sarah. so could I get a tour or do you want to put me straight to work?' I asked nervously.
" oh no! lets go on a tour of the house! you see when have different sections. there's the new borns, the toddlers, the lower, then middle , then upper. and last but not least, our special needs wing." April said as we came around the last corner.
As soon as I looked into the room, I spotted the cutest little girl. "ms.april, who is that little girl?' I asked in curiosity. " oh that's Morgan! we got her about a month ago. she's four years old and she is the sweetest thing. Morgan come say hi." April motioned towards Morgan to walk to her.
Once Morgan got infront of me she grabbed my hands by the fingers and looked me in the eyes and said," are you gonna be my mommie?", And I couldn't tell her no so I said, "of course I am sweety." I said. once I said that she clinched to my legs and said, "thank you thank you thank you! I'm finally gonna have a family!" she exclaimed excitedly. and I knew from that moment I couldn't give up on my promise to her.
So as the day went on, I helped April around the home. I got to meet kids from all of the sections and one from the upper definitely stood out. when I walked in a boy asked, "what are you doing in my orphanage?" And I replied, "we'll I'm here for volunteer work." and he replied with, " well I don't want you in my orphanage." and he walked away. 'well I can tell he won't like me but he will get used to me sooner or later' I thought to myself as I got ready to leave.
"Sarah thank you so much for coming out and helping me today! is there anyway that you would be able to come back?" April asked me and I replied sternly with ,"of course! anytime you need me or if anyone of them needs something just let me know!" I replied. "
thank you! well your done for the day. so are there any questions that you may have?" April asked and I stood there for a minute until it hit me, "actually yes. is there anyway that I could possibly adopt Morgan? there's just something about her that's different. she different from all of the other kids in there and when she asked me if I was going to be her mommie I could say no so now I wanna commit to getting her. how much do you think it would cost?" I asked and April stood there for a minute until she uttered," well, it's a $200 fee and then there's the extraction fee of $50 dollars and all the paper work but if your will to commit to getting her then you can make payments whenever and when your done she is all yours!" April replied. "well I've gotta get going now but ill call you and let you know when I need you! bye dear." and then she walked back inside.
I jumped with joy when she walked away. I'm going to stop at nothing until I get the $250 payed off and then Morgan can finally come home with me.
After standing there thinking for about another minute or two, I walked back to my car and headed home.
As soon as I got home, I walked straight to the bathroom to take a long awaited shower.
While I showered, I thought about a few select people that I would tell Morgan about but the first would have to be my mom.
After I got out of the shower, I braided my long blonde hair into a side braid and walked to my room and got dresses.
As soon as I was done getting dressed I collapsed onto my bed. I laid there. thinking of ways that I could start paying off my debts for Morgan.
As I tried to get deeper into thought, sleep enveloped me and I drifted farther and farther away from thought and into the dream world.

So what do you guys think? I know that it probably sucks but trust me it will get better! I know it's kind of short but it will get longer as the story line goes on!
