''You don't need to protect me,I'm not afraid!'' You told Nightmare,yet he ignored you and walked away. ''Please don't shut me out again,Please don't slam the door!'' He slammed a door on you,you pushed it open and followed him. ''You don't have to keep your distance anymore! 'Cause for the first time in forever,I finally understand! For the first time in forever,we can fix this hand-in-hand!'' You took his hand,but he snatched it away. ''We can head down the path together,you don;'t have to live in fear! 'Cause for the first time in forever,I will be right here.''

''(Y/N), Please go back home.'' He turned,facing you. ''Your life awaits,go enjoy the sun and open up the gates!''

''Yeah,but-'' You tried to tell,but he interrupted you.

''I know! You mean well,but leave me be. Yes I'm alone,but I'm alone and free!'' He tried to reason,but you couldn't get it. ''Just stay away,and you'll be safe from me.''

''Actually we're not.'' You interrupt.

''What do you mean we're not?''

''I have the feeling you don't know.''

''What?'' He asked,shocked.

''You've kinda set off an eternal fear...everywhere.''

''E-Everywhere?'' He asked again,a nervous tone in his voice.

''But its OK! You can just make it up to them!'' You said,determination in your voice.

''N-No I can't! I-I don't know how!'' He yelled.

''Sure you can! I know you can! Cause for the first time in forever,'' You began

''Oh,I'm such a fool! I can't be free!''

''You don't have to be afraid!'' You sang in the backround.

''No escape from the storm inside of me!''

''We can work this out together!'' You try to comfort Nightmare.

''I can't control the curse!''

''We'll reverse the fear you made!'' You're trying as hard as you can.

''Oh, (Y/N), Please! You'll only make it worse!'' He yells.

''Don't panic!''

''There's too much fear!'' He was just merely trying to protect you,that's all.

''We'll make happiness alive!'' Even though he was the King of Nightmares.

''You're not safe here!'' Nightmare's voice was getting loud,completely overpowering yours.

''We can face this thing together!''

''Oh!'' Your voice was completely blacked out,and Nightmare began turning black...and slimey.

''We can change this winter weather!''

''Ahhhh..'' Nightmare's voice was getting louder and louder.

''And everything will be-''

''I CAN'T!'' His voice went to its highest extent,blackness consuming him. Tentacles stabbed you in the stomach and chest.
