Momma, momma!! I screamed as I got up from bed... What was that dream all about "just then momma was in the room pulling on her overalls  because of the harmattan, still sleepy
" baby what's wrong??? Had a bad dream!??
Pulling me close she said one of those prayers that relax your mind. Momma had that kind of peaceful, inviting and welcoming aura about her and even if I didn't want to talk to her she just had a way of pressuring me without really putting an effort I don't know maybe it's because she knows me too well. Well she did give birth to me after all
"Comon to bed if you like I could snuggle with you till morning just like we use to  huh?? Comon say yes to momma  hmmm momma miss snuggle with boo, should I tickkle this grown baby of mine???
At 19 I think momma took pleasure in thinking  that I would never grow I recall her crying when it was my birthday I remembered what she said infront of everybody we invited
" I still can't believe you've grown this much boo, wasn't it just yesterday you were still suckling on my breast  today a these people are here to celebrate you into adulthood" the funniest part was went she said on the top of her voice "your old now boo, old age has come" like everyone that came burst out laughing. Men!!!!, I was embarrassed but happy
  5am and I felt momma get up...well I think her chores began now, I woke up to help her with some of the little chores and she insisted I lay back  till 6:30. One thing I knew I would never win in against momma was argument to help her out with her chores, as she called it.
    6:00 and I was up, took my bath and started preparing for School.... Yes today was Monday and I just remembered momma had a case in court today. So I rushed to her room "momma! Momma!
