I got home from school with Sosa and James. My parents were arguing so I took my brother upstairs with me and ignored them.
"I think ima go I'll see you later."Sosa said "Alright bye"I smiled at her as she left.
I sat my little brother on top of my lovesac and turned on Nickelodeon for him.
I went into my closet and got a sweatsuit and went to my bathroom and changed.
James sat on my bed and scrolled through his phone.
Update on me and James. We are more serious but not officially dating.
I walked back to my room and took off my falsies and removed my makeup with a wipe.
I walked back over to my bed and sat against my beds header. James moved and did the same.
He wrapped his arm around me and I moved closer to him.
I looked up at him since he was so much taller then me and smiled.
As I was leaning in for a kiss I heard a crash down stairs.
I told James to stay with my brother.
I went down stairs to see broken pictures and glass everywhere on the floor.
My mom got on her knees quick and started picking it up. As she did that my dad threw over a vase.
"What the fuck is your problem?"I said to my dad "Shut up and go upstairs"he said "No.. ma leave that alone"I said "I said go upstairs y/n"my dad raised his voice "And I said no your point?"I said
He walked fast towards me while basically pushing my mom out of the way and wrapped his hands around my wrists with a tight grip and dragged me upstairs.
"LET GO OF ME FUCKING BITCH"I yelled while trying to get out of his grip
James walked out of my room
My dad threw me on the floor causing me to hurt my ankle.
James ran towards me and helped me up.
I got a shoe from outside the bathroom and threw it at my dad.
"WHAT THE FUCK"he said as he rushed back to me
He grabbed a chunk of my hair and took me from James' arms.
"LET GO OF HER SIR"James yelled "Get the fuck out of my house"he said as her let go of me and pointed down the stairs. "No. You get out this is mom's house anyway"I said "Shut the fuck up" he said as he grabbed me and pushed me down the stairs.
I blacked out and felt nothing but pain. I heard my brother yelling and crying.
I opened my eyes and saw blood on the floor. I touched the back of head to see blood on my hands.
James ran down the stairs and got me up.
My "father" came down as well and pushed James off of me. James didn't take his shit and fought back. He pushed my "father" out my house and locked the door.
"Mrs.y/l/n let me help pick this up, you should get valentino"James said
I got up and felt light headed so I sat back down. I looked into my kitchen and saw James with the broom and dust pan picking up glass.
He finished quick then came back to me.
"You're bleeding too much let me take you to the ER"he said
I nodded and he helped me slowly get up.
He looked outside and seen my "dad" along with his truck are gone.
"Mrs.y/l/n I'm taking y/n to the ER, I'll take care of her"James told my mom as she walked down the stairs with my brother
She nodded
"Take good care of her.. I have things to deal with legally"she said
James nodded and closed the door
He unlocked his car and helped me carefully get into the passengers seat.

I wasn't badly injured. I got a couple stitches on my head and then they let me go.
"I don't want to go home yet.."I told James "Where do you wanna go then?"he asked "Can I come over to your house?"I said "My parents aren't home"he replied "Even better"I smiled and kissed his lips
