Season of Love and Sadness

This is a special poem for those who are celebrating the holiday season.

A brand new poem by me.

As the first piece of snow fall on your face, you are left feeling in several ways,

Happy that you are among company and in good terms no matter how good or bad,

Sad as when you are feeling blue especially at the time of presents, company and other

Things that are trying make you feel down, the TV playing the great classic holiday specials

That play on TV every year,  music that plays every day since November 1st at 12:01 am

Which can quickly get tiring and people being mean to each other after thanksgiving dinner with

Flows of action and excitement and the occasional fight to which black eyes are given with

A mighty fist like a sailor man after wallopping the local bully only much bigger, people saying

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays while you are feeling bad like the news that makes the soul in

You want to be released and probably hold your sanity to a glass jar with four turtles that

isn't helping matters at all while your feeling bad about life even if you have family, wishing for

Christmas to quickly go by without a trace by licking it up and tossing it in the sewer with

an Man-rat that is lurker and let him eat the holiday season along with it
