Always and Forever: A Ross Lynch Love Story

Chapter 4- New York

Well, yesterday was fun. Even though I slept for most of it. Ross is the sweetest guy. I woke up early feeling great, got showered, put on jean shorts, my R5 tank top and my black Converse sneakers. I put my make up on and packed my bags for New York.

~Airport~

Rydel: (grabs Ross's arm) Come with me.

Ross:(looking confused) Okay.

Rydel: Have you noticed anything different about your girlfriend?

Ross: She has make up on, her hair is straightened and she dyed it.

Rydel: What the heck? How do you know all that?

Ross: She sent me a picture last night.

Ashley: (Comes running with Riker) Guys, we have some bad news.

Riker: Man, Ashley you can run fast.

Ross and Rydel: What is it?

Riker: Nicole is coming back.

Ross: No.

Riker: I wish I could say no, but unfortunately she is.

Rydel: Wait, wasn't she Rocky's crazy fan?

Riker: Yeah.

Ashley: A girl that looked like her saw my shirt and she's like "Do you belong to the R5 Family."

Riker: She is the weirdest fan Rocky ever dated.

Rocky: Guys we are gonna miss the flight.

Riker: Okay well lets go.

~On the plane~

Ashley:(talking to Rydel) Okay so what if you did the purple tutu for PA and the pink one for tonight's show.

Rydel: That would be great.

Ross: Does anyone know what songs we are going to play?

Riker: Don't you read the group text Ross?

Ross: Sorry, I forgot to check my phone.

Riker: Well the songs we are going to do are:

1) All About the Girl, 2) Just Say You'll Stay, 3) Billion Hits and 4) The Hockey song

Ross: Thanks Riker.

Riker: No problem.

~New York~

Hotel secretary: I see all of you have a reservation. And Mr. Lynch you and your wife will be in a different suite than the children.

Mr. Lynch: Thank you very much.

Rocky: So we have to share a room with the girls?

Rydel: Yeah Rocky.

Rocky: Okay.

Rydel: (turns around to talk to Ashley) Hey Ash, You okay with sharing a room with them.

Ashley: Yeah.

Riker: Well now that we are in New York, what should we do?

Ashley: Why don't we go to Times Square?

Riker: Awesome idea Ashley.

Ross: Okay well we have the keys to the car, so let's go.

~Everyone piles in the car and the drive to Times Square~

~Times Square~

Ashley: Okay since this place is so big we need to stick together.

Ratliff: Rydel, what do you want to do?

Rydel: Toys R Us.

~They walk into Toys R Us~

Riker: (jaw drops) Oh.

Ross: My.

Rocky: God.

Rydel: They have a carousel. It is awesome.

Ashley: Well my friend's sister is into Squinkes so I am going to grab some.

Rydel: Ross, will you go with her?

Ross: Sure. (grabs Ashley's hand)

~Girly section~

Ross: (looking around) So what are we looking for again?

Ashley: Something for my friend's sister.

Ross: (grabs Ashley's hand) Ash, whats up with you?

Ashley: (looks at him) Ross, nothings wrong.

Ross: Are you having fun on tour with us?

Ashley: You guys are great, but I really like that I get to spend time with you.

Ross: I know that we kind of jumped into a relationship but you really don't mind that I am a rock star right?

Ashley: Ross, I didn't fall in love with the rock star. I fell in love with the guy that loves me for me.

Ross: Ash, I love that your not afraid to say what you mean and I love you for you not for the stuff your parents buy you.

Ashley: (kisses him) Thanks a lot Ross. You are the greatest guy ever.

Ross: (kisses her) Aw Ash.

Ashley: Okay well I have what I want.

Ross: Let's go get the others.

Check-out girl: Hi.

Ashley:(walks up to her holding Ross's hand) Hi.

Check-out girl: Welcome to Toys R Us is that everything?

Ashley: Yes it is.

Check-out girl: I love your shirt and that will be $5.00.

Ashley: Thanks. They are a great band. Here you go.

Check-out girl: Thank you.

~Outside~

Rydel: Well Ross and Ashley are back.

Ashley: Sorry the check-out girl was talking to me.

Rydel: Did she ask about your shirt?

Ashley: Yep.

Riker: Well let's go get ice cream.

Rocky and Ratliff: Yay!

Ross:(wraps his arm around Ashley) Let's go.

Ashley: Yay.

~Ice cream place~

Rydel: Okay, so me and Ashley will go get a table and you guys can get ice-cream.

Ashley: (walking to a table with Rydel) So how was Toys R Us?

Rydel: Okay. What did you and Ross do after we left?

Ashley: He asked me if I was having a good time on tour with you guys.

Rydel: Okay. Well after this we have to go back to the hotel and change for the concert.

Ashley: Always fun. How many times do I have to do this?

Rydel: A lot. We are going to PA tomorrow and then back to LA.

Ashley: Fun.

Rocky: Guys we have to go.

~Hotel~

Mr. Lynch: Okay guys we are leaving for PA tomorrow.

Rydel: Ashley is going to be so happy.

Ross: Where is she anyway?

Ashley: Right here.

Ratliff: Exciting!

Ashley: Ratliff my friend Jess is dying to meet you.

Ratliff: Awesome. Want to surprise her at her house?

Ashley: Thanks Ratliff. And yeah.

Ratliff: Okay.
