once I found a sock in my pool so I asked my mom why it was there and she said "well maybe it wanted to be a glove but it was stuck as a sock so it tried to commit suicide but it couldn't drown because its a sock." so I picked it up and held it up and said "screw this, screw that, screw everything, I'm a sock." then I threw it back in.
