After a while, the disaster became peaceful again. The basket was balanced and Taeyong shook the huggable Jennie who has been clinging onto him.
Jennie flinched when he touched her suddenly, calling her from her heart attack.

Sadly, when she tried to stand straight and due to her trembling made the basket becomes unbalanced again. She fell down next to him as he chuckles out loud.

Recieving a death glare from his agent, T.Y rolled his eyes back before standing up steadily. Well he did it.
He gave her a teasing look then held out his hand, suggesting to help her. "You don't want to waste this kind of view, right?" He refered to a city light at night which is breathtalking.

Well, Jennie thought that if she does not get pale when she's flying this high, he will surely be death by now.
Anyway, she still needs him for this. More importantly, It is rare for someone like her to enjoy the whole airballon ride. So why not make it easy and push this asshole away for awhile?

So..She took his hand. Jennie yeps when he suddenly pulls her closer as her eyes became ten times bigger. "We have to stay close."
Her eyes blink multiple times, knowing nothing is going wrong in this small head of him. Well, there might be some error because of the chemical effect from his hair colour these past years. "Why?"

She tried to pull back but the Lee Taeyong who never has the word
'Give up' in his dictionary, still gribs her waist tighter with the other hand is holding on the edge of the ride. "Well, I have to keep you safe. So stop rejecting and be obidient."
Since they have pushed and pulled, making the ballon swayed left and right along with their movement. Jennie got goosebump, having the thought that they will fall anytime soon. Thus, she gave up.

"Stop sulking. Lets just be patient and enjoy." He smirked at her before turning her small body towards the fantastic view of the Seoul night.

First, Jennie was gripping the edge tightly, realising how high they are at, but the scenary took her off gaurd. Her eyes sparkles as her mouth was opened in amazed. Taeyong chuckled at her adorable reaction, decided to lean his body more onto her with his arms wrapping securely around her waist and his face was rested on her left shoulder.

His embrace didn't surprise her but it made her relaxed and warmth. She breaths out loud in relief, feeling safe for a while after some dramas at works and life.

The Neon lights of Namsan tower reflecting to the river, creating the million diamonds on its surface. The sound of children laughter in the public park can be heard like a melody of the foundation. Despite the busy road, the stars shinning up high, company the lonely fullmoon are so peaceful in the darkness.
It's so perfect.

This scene should have filmed for Seoul advertising but it ended up making more space for two of them alone.

Naturally this type of time would never last forever. Soon the ballon ran out off gas as it felt steadily till they reached the ground by the hill.

Taeyong helped Jennie from the basket then flopped his ass down next to it, Jennie followed.
"Where are we?" The girl asked.
The guy shrugged his shoulder, clearly has no idea where they're at."Wait a bit more. I guess someone will find us in minutes."

Jennie groaned in annoyed knowing that she missed the party tonight again. Rosè will surely spank her by tomorrow for not attending 10 times already. His schedule was packed, so was her.

"What's the sound? You're killing joy. Just be in patient and enjoy."
Taeyong scolded her even if her stare could kill."You don't understand how meaningful this moment for me. Be a good girl and listen to me. Jen!" She became uneasy when he suddenly sat next to her, their arms connected as they both could feel trick.

After a while a sigh can be heard from his mouth. " The stars are beautiful tonight." Taeyong blurted out, turning jennie's attention towards the direction, nodding as she cant argue.

"You see that one? The biggest one!" She pionted towards the shinnest one next to the half full moon. Of course, Taeyong sees it.
"That's Lee Taeyong right now!"
Still the same, this woman still thought of him as her biggest star within years. Taeyong turns his face to fully see her side profile.

That's when he realised they have not been this close since they broke up years ago. She's more breath-talking, especially with her short hair. His eyes are sparkling, the brightness can be seen in his orbs whenever he thinks of her, no matter it is tears or joy.

Jennie's expression changed in flash when she noticed his gazes.
"Taeyong--"
"Why have you never asked me how I'm doing these years?"
Well, the question is not that hard to ask for her but it stunned her.
Honestly, there are million times she's willing to know how he was. By the way, she just can't open her mouth to blurt out a word because she is sure they will never be in this position right now if she did.

Sensing her silent, Taeyong turns back to the sky in sadness.
"Well, I was doing just fine."
His answer to his question, somehow made her heart aches.
Maybe he was so satisfied without her in his life. Maybe he has found his goals. And....Maybe he hates her till his bone.

"Clearly, the thought that we are not together ruined everything whenever I reminded myself of it."
.....Jennie looked at him in confused whether he means something else impossible while Taeyong let his mind flows back to the bitter memories of those countless seconds he was alone.

"My grandma still blamed me for not taking care of you. She still thought that I asked for our separation. She likes you so much...." He turns to her trembling eyes"....yet you still broke her heart. You still chose to leave."

Being fine in this kind of redundant situation, Taeyong does not cry anymore but not Jennie. She wiped the wetness on her cheeks before sighing out loud.

She knew his grandma loves her very much. There was once the old lady didn't let Taeyong eat the whole day when he forgot to make his girlfriend a breakfast. She has never thought that she hurted another person just for her stupid decision.

"I'm sorry."
Taeyong choked in the air, thought it is funny to say sorry after killing people trust and love.
"You don't have to--...."
"I didn't date anyone at that time."

Taeyong's eyes widened while Jennie slowly connect their gazes in this short gap."Why then? You think that my dying-self can be fool around like that? Give me love and then left with no words?!!" Jennie yeps when his hands quickly grab her shoulders tightly in anger.

"Tae- let me g-go!" She flinched when she started to get hurt.
"Tell me Jennie!! Have you ever loved me sincerely five years ago?" His gazes are burning like a wild fire, impatiently waiting for her answer.

Whereas Jennie is fighting the thought of telling the truth that will turn thier careers down or the false that will leave another deep scars on both hearts.

"Tae..I will always want best for you---"
"That's not what I want!! All I want is your fucking answer!!" She has never seen this side of him for a while. He usaully could murder if he's frustrated like right now.

His grip tighten but Jennie still couldn't give an simple 'Yes' or 'No'. Her eyes found deep in his.
She finally nodded slowly and "Yes--" Her word was swallow by him when his lips suddenly caught sealing with hers.
He kissed her passionately while Jennie is trying her best to break free.

Even if she misses him as much as she would keep him inside her pocket, but that's impossible for them to be like that. It's not right!

Her struggling gain more access for him to deepen the kiss. Jennie finally pushed his hard body from her with all of her strength.
Taeyong gave a look of confusion.
She loves him but why she refused just now?

"Let's begin again. Let's never known each other before. Let's make this through for both advantages. Let's end this messing relationship and..."
Jennie couldn't kept her words straight but to be trembling when she noticed the tears in his eyes.

"....and let's just be friend."
