Preference #8 - What pet they would give to you

Ivar: Ivar would want to know you protected at all times. He would spare no effort to train two large black dogs to only respond to your command. They would follow you everywhere, giving Ivar the feeling that no one would risk getting too close to you with companions like this. (No one would have to know that they'd sleep in your bed like soft little puppies.)

Ubbe: The animal Ubbe would choose for you would be a cat. Not only would the playful kitten catch his eye with its lively behavior, but he would also choose them for their association with Freya. Since cats were said to be close to her, he thought of it as a sign for his love and the wish, that your relationship would be longlasting and fulfilled.

Sigurd: It might sound weird at first, but Sigurd would probably give you an animal like a lamb or a small goat. He knew that they were mostly practical animals, yet he always saw how loving you would care for every animal around you. So he would probably see one of the above that wasn't treated too well, and without giving it a longer thought he would buy it from their previous owner, never doubting that you would provide a loving home for your new little friend.

Hvitserk: Hvitserk loved nothing more than seeing you smile, and as he noticed how much you enjoyed the birds' melodies, he would soon present you a tamed, colourful singing bird that should cheer you up whenever you were in need of a sweet melody to warm your heart.

Bjorn: The animal Bjorn would give to you would be a beautiful chestnut stallion. The horse was strong and majestic, showing wealth in his eyes and that you wouldn't have to worry about anyting. Bjorn wouldn't only give you the horse because of it's practical use, but also as a gentle companion for the times when he couldn't be with you.
