One Year Ago
Jungkook was nervous as fuck, he has been standing here waiting for his favorite hyung to come out of class, but he was too busy talking to his friends, he nervously gripped the pink tinted envelop behind his back that had a cheesy pink heart sealing it. He's taken about 20 deep breaths to calm himself.
Finally Yugyeom walked out saying bye to his friends, 'you got this Kook!' He said to himself and smiled as he walked over to him.
(A/N: yes Yugyeom is one year older in this au)
"Oh hey Kookie" Yugyeom smiled ruffling the younger's fluffy brown locks. The younger scrunched up his nose making the older chuckle at his cuteness.
"H-hi Yugyeom Hyung" He squeaked out, "What's up bun?" Jungkook bit his lip and decided to do it now or never, so he shoved the envelop into Yugyeom's chest and blushed.
"S-see you tomorrow!" He squeaked and ran away leaving a confused Yugyeom.
Jungkook was tossing and turning in his bed squealing not believing he just did that and prayed Yugyeom would accept his feelings, he was terrified not knowing how the older will react, he's had a crush on him for soooo long, at least since middle school.
Yugyeom was like a Prince Charming, handsome, polite, easy-going, great at anything and everything and he just really fell hard for him, he giggled thinking of Yugyeom reading the letter and maybe just maybe saying yes to him.
He spent that weekend with his parents happily, despite being nervous, his parents kept hyping him up and saying 'he would be dumb not to accept' which made Jungkook smile knowing Yugyeom wasn't dumb.
