I just wanted to clear up that Gala's name is pronounced like a gala event you go to. That's how I think about it, but if you say it differently I wouldn't bash you for that.
"And what I mean when I say you haven't seen nothing yet, I'm talking about my vast collection of memes" I say with a smirk on my face. Gala rolls her eyes and smiles a little bit. She pushes lightly off my stomach to bring a little bit of space between us.
"Do you want to walk me home, boyfriend?" It seemed like Gala liked using the word boyfriend, putting emphasis on it.
"I would love to, girlfriend" I said, imitating the way she said it to me. We walked down the sidewalk together, snickering at each other. We took in the air together, feeling how the temperature was starting to drop. It was going to be the start of fall soon, but the feeling of warm between us stayed. We touched hands, both of us slightly blushing at the fact. We interlocked our fingers after a small moment of nervousness. We swung our hands together as we strolled back to our houses. After a short walk we reached my house. I moved some of her hair out from her face and kissed her forehead, wishing her goodbye.
"I'll see you tomorrow in 4th period, I have someone I want you to meet" I said, referrring to Angel.
"Oh you do now, I look forward to school for once in my life."
"Haha, see you tomorrow" "See ya"
I waved one last time and headed inside. I was so ready to take a nap, but remembered that a couple of our teachers gave homework on the second day of school. I finished the homework quite fast since it was easy. I remembered that I never asked Gala what anime she watches. I hope she likes the same animes as me, I thought to myself. I decided to text her real quick instead of calling because I was too tired for talking.
Me: Hey I forgot to ask, what anime do you watch?
Gala: Oh yeah, I've seen a lot including Full Metal Alchemist, Angel Beats!, a little bit of Bleach and Naruto
Me: Wow, we watch practically the same stuff that's really crazy
Gala: I guess you have good taste in anime then
Me: We need to watch some together sometime
Gala: For sure
Me: See you
Gala: Bye
Man, what isn't there to love about this girl. Gala is one thing I can now look forward to when thinking about school. Almost anything that can take me away from school is great. I'm just glad I have her and we can just be there for each other.

I enjoy writing these chapters, but I'm thinking of starting a fresh story now that I'm a little older, and have a different way of writing. If anybody reads this and has an opinion, just comment down below.
