The flashbacks of Sailor Moon R: Promise of the Rose could be taken place in the year 1982, could be possible since Shingo was only born, and in 1992, he was 10, as 4 year old Usagi, explained to 7 year old Mamoru, that Usagi explained about her baby brother was born and gave Mamoru a rose to make him feel better since Young Fiore was leaving him.
In the SuperS movie, since the movie has Chibiusa related within in, there are pictures of the 8 year olds inner senshi at the opening.
1990s

In Codename Sailor V, Minako was stated to be a 13 year old, now here is taking place of it.
•1992-1993
The mission of Sailor Moon and the Sailor Senshi to defeat Dark Kingdom and Black Moon as of Usagi and her friends are stated as 14 year olds in the first and second season.
•1993-1994
Mission of Sailor Moon and the outers as they defeat Death Busters and Dead Moon Circus as she and the outers are stated 15 year olds. Haruka (15 1/2?) But she is 16 and so as Neptune. Hotaru as 12?
