Chapter 6

Niall's POV

My walk with Alisson kept on replaying in my head. I have learned a lot of things about her. She was from South Dakota and transfered here in London because her dad worked here. She's also a good dancer and writer. She wants to be a journalist someday and she wants to tour around the world. She loves painting so much that she even joined an international contest and won the first prize. Amazing, right?

"Tell me, is this an interview?" She had told me.

I laughed as we stopped by her house. It was simple but it looked really nice.

"Uhmm... We're here," she said. "Want to go inside for some drinks?"

I smiled at her. "No, thanks. I'm too shy."

She giggled. "Okay, Niall."

"So I guess I'll see you tomorrow?" I said, patting her shoulder. She looked shocked and blushed a little.

"Uhh... Sure. Bye, take care!" she said and walked in her house.

"Bye!" I said, starting to walk away.

I don't know why but I really like her. I sighed as I shifted on my bed, forcing myself to sleep.

I closed my eyes but all I can see was her face! Niall what's wrong with you? I thought. I shut my eyes harder and hummed a song, hugged my pillow and right away fell asleep.

Alisson's POV

I was awake by the sound of my alarm clock. I groaned and tried to cover my ears with my pillow, but it didn't work. So I gave up, putting off my alarm clock, still with my eyes closed.

I tried to open my eyes and saw sunlight streaming down the window. I squinted a little but smiled, knowing that it was going to be sunny today. I fixed my bed and went to the shower.

After, I changed into my favorite blue Aeropostale shirt and skinny jeans, brushed my hair and placed a headband on, and a pair of blue sandals. Yep, I love blue. Then I got my backpack and hung it on m shoulder and went downstairs for breakfast.

"Good morning, Ali," Mason greeted as I sat down beside him. Why is he so sweet today? I hope he'll stay like that forever.

"Good morning, Mason. How's first day? I never got to ask you yesterday," I said, filling my mouth with a slice of pancake. Yum.

"Well, it was good. Found new friends. And we talked the whole time!" he said cheerfully. How come his first day was great while I was in trouble during the FIRST day? And he's got friends, while I got only one. Niall.

"Great," I replied and took a sip of my hot chocolate with marshmallows on top. I love breakfast.

"How was yours?" he asked, then looked down at my foot. "And how's that foot?"

I raised an eyebrow at him. "As you can see, my foot is damaged. Do you think my first day was great?" I said and felt bad after I said that. Why was I mean to my brother? Well, maybe because I was jealous that he had a nice first day.

Mason looked down and ate his last slice of pancake.

"Sorry," I told him.

He looked up and smiled. "Yeah, sis. It's fine."
