Escape

My name is Rachel Dash and I live with my younger twin sister by an hour Brittany Dash and my horrible step dad Ken Sare. I don't know my dad died two days before me and my sister were born. We are 15 years old and turn 16 on July 13 we really were excited. We were going to escape by time of our birthday it is June 13 so we still had a whole month to find a new family. Our step dad abused us so we of course were going to escape tonight my friend was going to escape from her abusing step mom tonight too. We had packed our bags and I text April saying is she asleep yet. She said yes is he awake yet I don't want you to get hurt anymore. I said no he is asleep let me wake up Brittany and tell her to change into her glee pajamas you change too I am already ready. She said okay text me when y'all are ready and meet me by my window. I woke up Brittany and said grab your bags and change into your glee pajamas. When she was ready I texted April we are ready we will be there soon just wait, I said Brittany are you ready she whispered yeah here let's grab our glee stuff. I grabbed our glee items which was in a rolling suitcase well all of our suitcase were rolling. I dropped the suitcases then I had Brittany go then I went out and closed the window. We ran across the street and saw April we started walking down the street until we saw a bus saying to LA I payed for us to go we were leaving Texas and going to LA. When we arrived we got off and went to this orphanage and knocked on the door. The lady answered and told us to come in and go to bed because 3 of us were going to get adopted by the glee cast tomorrow. We went to our room and we headed the next morning we woke up, got showers, straightened our hair, we all wore our matching glee tank top with a glee hoodie, white shorts that said glee on the side, our Finn necklaces, and our glee sandals. we walked down stairs and saw that the girls were in a line we stood next to each other and then heard knocking.
