Personality: LY was the first successful Artificial Hybrid created by Homeworld. While her existence earned praise for her creatures she was looked down upon herself for being an organic being. She served under an Emerald on homeworld, being treated like a non-human peridot during her service.
Eventually she ends up on earth, depending on the universe either Era 3 or in an escape plan hatched by a visiting human. (There's a fic on this I co-authored ask me if you want to read.) Earth is the first place she learns what she truly is and can be proud of it.
