I sunk deeper into the water
As I struggle for breath
The salt seeps in
Pouring out of my lungs
Dehydration, yet relaxation
And I feel free from responsibilities
Free to unlimited possibilities
Free to be me as I sink down
Nothing but darkness surrounds
You can hardly hear a sound
The pressure of the water above my head
Is pushing me deeper down
I curl into a fetal
And cry nonexistent tears
As my life flashes before my eyes
Playing all of my previous years
My skin is pale and there is no breath left in me
No more struggle to breathe
I see a light before me
I feel free
But there's a pressure I feel on my chest
The light gets farther until I cannot see
I awake cold and wet
On a boat with some men
They tell me that they saved me
But I jump back in the end
