"All right!" Kagami cheered.

The others ran to the team, while Riko and I stayed back at the benches. Riko gave a thumbs up to the team. They returned the gesture. I went to Kuroko first and hugged him tightly, congratulating him.

"Tetsu-kun, everyone did it, yeah?" I smiled softly as Kuroko hugged back.

"We did."

Looking over to where Kise was, he was crying.

Ryo-kun...

Then you remembered something.

I'll wait...

Soon, Kasamatsu kicked Kise from behind again, saying: "You idiot! Stop crying. And you've got some balls to say you've never lost before. I'll hit you! You'd better add the word "revenge" to that empty dictionary of yours!" Kise smiled.

"Line up. With a score of 100 to 98, Seirin High wins."

"Thank you very much."

Kasamatsu shook hands with Hyuga. "Because we're in different districts, if we play again, it'll be at Inter-High."

"We'll be there. I don't want to confess my love butt naked." Hyuga said. "Let's go!"

"Yes sir!"

"Hey, where's Kise?"

I froze in realization.

Ah, that's right!

"Um, you guys, I'll be there in a sec, okay?" They nodded. I looked up to Kasamatsu. "Excuse me, do you know where Kise might possibly be?"

His cheeks flushed red. "U-Um... M-Maybe in that direction...?" He pointed to the direction.

"Thanks," I paused for a moment. "Kasamatsu-san, was it?"

"Y-Yes."

I smiled at him waved. "Thanks again, Kasamatsu-san!"

"U-Um, wait!" Kasamatsu said, reaching out for you. I stopped, looking at him. "Um.. N-Never mind, I'll ask him later.."

"Alright then." I continued to make my way to Kise. I found him by a fountain, washing his face. "Oi, Ryo-kun!"

Kise pulled away from the fountain, now focused on me.

"How are things?" He didn't respond, but looked down at the ground. "Hey, Ryo-kun.." I took his hands and looked up into his honey colored eyes. "Look, win or lose, chin up and stay proud. If you ever need me, call my name, or, call me, text me, or whatever you want to do." I flicked Kise's chin up. "Everyone's grown so much, I'm proud to say that you were all my children."

"(first name)cchi..." Kise's eyes started to tear up again.

"C'mon, Ryo-kun, tears don't suit you at all. No need to mess up that face of yours."

He slightly blushed and crushed you in his embrace. "Thank you.."

"It's alright, it kinda hurts to see my friends cry," I hugged back, and rubbed Kise's back to soothe him.

"(first name)cchi...?"

"Yes, Ryo-kun?"

"Can I have a kiss? I have a booboo."

My face heated up and poked Kise's forehead. "Ryo-kun... Are you just saying that?" Kise pouted, making me sigh. "Right, Ryo-kun, your jacket from last time..." I took out the jacket that was stuffed into my bag and held it up to him.

"It's okay, (first name)cchi, you can keep it."

"Huh? Why?"

"So you can wear it, (first name)cchi~!"
