Peter always has to talk to someone. If no one is there he just starts having deep ass conversations with Karen or himself.
He's the type that will send multiple text when bored and when you don't respond he will delete and resend. Since Karen records all the conversations he has he'll go back and listen to the dumb shit he's sad and either laugh or sigh heavily.
