parallel universe

Ever heard of 'The Man from Taured'? Well if you haven't, you do now. This is a famous mystery known for its 'Parallel Universe'.

July 1954,
A man from the country 'Taured' arrives in a Tokyo airport, airport officials at the airport check the mans passport, puzzled by the country. They question this mysterious man to have claimed 'Taured' is near Europe, between the French and Spain border. The man from Taured claims he had been making trip to Japan for over 5 years. He spoke fluent in many languages and he had told the airport officials that 'Taured' had existed for over a thousand years. The officials are still very confused as to why they havent heard about this place and the country on the passport cover. Airport officials take this man into custody, let him stay over-night at a hotel for questioning the next day.
The next day
Police arrive at the hotel to take this mysterious man to the station for questioning, only to find that he was gone. The only exit in the hotel room was the door or a ledgeless window. And, when the police had checked the room, all of his stuff was gone and his passport and documents the police had with them, were gone as well.

Who was this man? Is it possible he accidently went into the real universe instead of the parallel? No one knows. It still remains a puzzling mystery to this day.

There is another story like this. A man arrives at an airport, police question the country on his passport 'Laxaria' among the continent of 'Sakria' then he just vanishes the next day.

Is it possible these men had accidently swiched universes?
