How Will This Relationship Go? (Park Jimin, Min Yoongi, Reader)

How Could This Happen?

When you walked in the door of your house you could smell your grandmother's cooking, it was just about lunch time and she always cooked amazing meals.

"Grandma, I'm home!" You didn't hear anything come from the kitchen but shrugged it off and decided to walk upstairs into your room. You flopped onto the bed and lied there for a couple minutes until you started to hear the smoke alarm going off. You rushed down the stairs and into the kitchen, you see your grandmother lying there on the floor not moving and it looks like she's not breathing. You take the burning food of the stove before it lights itself on fire and place it in the sink. You quickly shut the stove off and run to your grandma's side. You shake her gently enough not to hurt her but enough that it would wake anyone up from a deep sleep.

"Grandma, please wake up! Please wake up. Don't leave me, please." She doesn't budge from her spot. You start crying uncontrollably, holding onto her lifeless body. Your grandfather wasn't home at the time but he always came home for lunch, looking at the time you realise that he would be home soon. You weren't sure what to do, but you let go of your grandma and walked over to the phone hanging on the wall.

"Hello? Yes, I need an ambulance please. My grandmother is passed out on the floor and won't wake up. I'm afraid she might be dead." You tried to speak out but, you could barely be heard through all the sobs. You sit on the kitchen floor with your grandma's lifeless body next to you and you decided to call Yoongi over. He'd help you through anything and you knew it. When he picked up the phone all he heard was you crying.

"I'll be right over don't worry." You give him the address quickly and he hangs up without saying bye. Before you knew it, Yoongi was over with a quickness, when the doorbell rang you ran to the door and into his arms.

"What's wrong (y/n)? What happened?" you couldn't even get the words out, instead you just walked him over to the kitchen to see her still lying there, you couldn't even look at the kitchen. Yoongi wrapped himself around you. "Let's go (y/n), you shouldn't have to stand her and have this be your last memory of her."

"I can't go yet, the ambulance should be here any minute." As you hear the sirens coming closer to your house, you can feel your knees begin to weaken from underneath you. You walk out front where the ambulance and a police car are sitting with everyone just getting out of their vehicles. They all walk up to you and ask you show them where the body is. You take them but quickly walk back out. A police officer walks up to you and asks if he can ask you some questions. "I don't think she was hurt officer." you say quietly to the man. "She was cooking lunch before any of this happened. I just had gotten home, I called out to her, but got no reply, and when I started to smell burning food, I saw that she was laying there."

The officer can see that you're broken about what happened and decides to leave you alone, understanding that you're hurt and don't want to be bothered. When the pull her out of the house, the officer walks up to the bag and looks at your grandma's face. Seeing how old she is, he understands that it was probably just her time to go. Yoongi pulls out his phone and calls Jin to come and get you both.

"Yoongi, I need to call my grandfather. I have to let him know what happened." He passes his phone to you and you call your grandfather, explain to him what happened, and tell him where you're going. You can hear him breaking down on the other side of the phone. He tells you that he won't be coming home tonight, he can't bare to walk into the house. "I'll be staying at a hotel for awhile. Maybe I'll sell the house and get a new one. Right now, I don't know. We'll figure this out okay?" your grandfather says to you sweetly. "Okay, just, call this number when you figure out what you want to do. I'll be by your side forever." You end the call with your grandfather and tell Yoongi what he said. Jin arrives and you leave the house behind.

The car ride was quiet. Everyone stayed at peace while you wondered though your thoughts. You couldn't understand how this would have happened, you knew your grandfather was crushed and you were too. Your grandmother was 87 years old and you knew that it was almost her time. You didn't expect her to go this way though. You never wanted anyone to have to go through something like that.

When you arrived at the house Yoongi helped you get out of the car and picked you up bridal style carrying you into the house with Jin slowly following behind him. He then carries you to the bedroom and lays you down wrapping a blanket around you. Facing the wall you start crying but softly and quietly so as to not let Yoongi know that you're crying. Yoongi walks out of the room thinking that you've just fallen asleep. You can't hear anyone else in the house so you assume they must be out training or something. You lay there until you slowly fall asleep into your dreams hoping that it all goes away.
