Just looking at him hurt.
Knowing that I couldn't have him hurt.
Knowing that his best friend was all I was ever going to him. Hurt.
This amazing blue eyed boy who I was in love with, but just happens to be my best friend sat in front of me telling me about his new girl friend.
His brown hair was quiffed, and his big blue eyes sparkled from the sun light.
We were sitting in our special tree house in his backyard, that his dad built for us back in the 1st grade. Yes even though we are seniors, we. Still hang out up here.
I couldn't help but get lost in his eyes while he talked about his new girlfriend, Victoria, whom I had no interest in listening abo-
"Mack! Mackenzie! are you listening to me?" Nash interrupted me from my thoughts.
"Uh yeah... something about Victoria" I said closing my eyes trying to find something that I might have caught from this one sided conversation.
"Yeah anyways, she's just so great. ya know the other day sh-"
"Nash stop. Can't we do something else all we talk, well all you talk about any more is Victoria. It's kinda getting old." I said interrupting, what possibly could have been another hour worth of discussing how great Victoria was. That was something I was not willing to go through. again.
"Yeah sure! Wanna go get some frozen yogurt? maybe we could pick up Vic." he said getting exited about this whole idea.
Being the best friend I am, I let him invite her to come with us. Even though this was our day.
This was definitely going to be a long day. Most likely all about Victoria.
God help me.
