As I watched him walk away I forgot to even ask for his name. Good job Halley, you met a hot guy and didn't even catch his name. Jesus I'm so dumb. I stood there for a minute then I opened the piece of paper that he gave me then, in neat writing at the bottom was his name. Ashton Atkins. I will admit, that was an adorable name. Then I started being dramatic. In my head I was saying "Halley Atkins... Halley Atkins... HALLEY ATKINS!". I am always a drama queen, I loved that name for me, it had a nice ring to it. Then I decided it was time to go home so I walked back to my car and drove a couple of minutes until I was parked and walking into my house. As I walked in I smelled delicious Mac & Cheese. I couldn't resist myself so I walked over to the kitchen and I grabbed a spoon then went to the wear a bowl of deliciousness sat on the oven that still appeared to some what hot to the touch. I admittedly started digging into the the bowl until my mom walked up to the side of me. "Halley. Nichole. Fischer". I put the spoon to the side and wiped my mouth off with my T-shirt. "Yes mom..." I said. "You dig into the Mac & Cheese and then wipe it on your shirt." She said and I started laughing. "Yeah I know. I just don't care. And besides, you can't leave Mac & Cheese on the stove and expect me not to eat it. That's not fair." I said smiling. "Halley just go to your room" my mom said a little disappointed in my behavior. So I walked strait up the my room and pulled out my phone watching Netflix. I watched The Ghost Whisperer and Heart Of Dixie and just because I'm crazy I started watching Stranger Things until I fell asleep.
I woke up and checked my phone. I slept 3 hours and it was now 9:47pm and I forgot to text Ashton. I pulled out the piece of paper out of my phone case (I hid it there so I wouldn't forget or loose it) and put his number in my phone. I went to messages and started a conversation with him. The first thing I said was simply just a hello. He texted back as fast as lightning and before I knew it we were finding out things about one another.

Halley: How did u know my name? Well... I got sent to my room because I ate almost all of the Mac & Cheese that was on the stove and I had cheese on my mouth and wiped it on my shirt. So my mom told me to go to my room.
Ash: I know your name because they the guy at Starbucks called it out. Anyways, Lol. I got to ttyl my boss is calling. Gn
Halley: oh okay. Gn
