Erin's POV

I woke up to a fucking annoying car alarm going off outside my apartment complex. Without fail one goes off every night, thank you sketchy neighborhood.

Groaning, I rolled out of bed and padded along the cold floors of my rather tiny bedroom into the very insignificant bathroom to brush my teeth and fix my messy shoulder length black hair along with my nose hoop which had managed to twist out of place.

Looking into the mirror I sighed in disgust at the emptiness I saw in my reflection. My green eyes looked as though every bit of life had been sucked out of them and was replaced with an ocean of dread and grief. I shook my head and began to get ready for the night of work ahead of me. I lined my eyes with thick eyeliner and mascara, concealing the dark circles around my eyes, then sprinkled glitter across my cheekbones.

I threw on a black lacy set of underwear and a bra that showed off my tattooed pale skin a bit too well then chucked a large grey sweater and black skinnies over it slipping into my chucks. Decent I guess.

I grabbed my phone and locked up my apartment, not that it does much good around here doors don't remain locked for long. I shivered when the crisp night air of LA hit my skin sending a jolt up my spine as my black tattered chucks smacked against the hard concrete of the sidewalk.

I mentally shot myself when the busted neon sign with a pole and dancing girl shining came into my view. Another night of Hell. Stepping into stale beer scented building I breathed I sigh of relief when I saw nobody was inside except my manager Frank.

"Frank, where is everyone?" I asked the tattooed man that stood behind the bar wiping down the beer mugs.

"Some bands rented out the place and won't be here till 1 am. They are some rock bands right up your alley eh?" I smiled and shook my head. He was the only reason I could stand to work here. He was always so funny and made me smile.

"Ya know their names?" I ran a hand through my hair.

He pulled out a sheet of paper handing it to me. I glanced over it seeing some familiar names and one still unknown.

'Of Mice and Men'

'Black Veil Brides'

And an unfamiliar one 'Asking Alexandria'

"Two of em are decent, third ones never heard of" I shrugged walking off to grab the broom and started sweeping up the dirt and wrappers that covered the floor. Oh so sanitary. I finished and began pushing the chairs in at the tables straightening things up a bit.

A loud group of men burst through the door laughing and having a good time. I was happy I didn't have first shift, that was Hailey and Autumn, cause I was still tired and not at all in the mood to dance.

I helped out Frank at the bar and served up drinks to the rather attractive men who were mostly covered in tattoos, the guys I remembered from Black Veil Brides were in black leather and a bit of what they call war paint, on their faces. The rest were pretty normal, I caught the occasional accent here and there but nothing else.

"Another round over here love!" A raspy voice yelled obnoxiously. I rolled my eyes and counted, 5. I filled a tray with bottles and carried it over handing them out.

I felt a tap on my shoulder and turned to see a very tall shaggy haired guy with piercings on his lip and tattoos across his skin. He seemed familiar but I couldn't place my finger on where I knew him from.
