FLASHBACK FROM PIPER'S POV

I quickly opened the door causing Liam and Harry to fall into Lou's room, smooshing Lou, as I jumped over all of them. I got down the stairs, screaming as I ran, "NIALL! THEY ALL KNOW! RUN!!!"

Niall's eyes got wide and we ran into the nearest room and locked the door. "NIALL JAMES HORAN! PIPER MAE CALLAGHAN! OPEN THIS DAMN DOOR BEFORE I BREAK IT OPEN!" That was definitely Liam.

"Liam c'mon man thats not gonna get them to come out." Zayn said, from the other side of the door.

Then I heard a sound I never wanted to hear. Harry was crying. God no. "C'mon Haz. You need to let Piper tell her what happened. You can't just not listen to her." Lou was trying to comfort him. God Lou and Zayn were my saviours.

But I couldn't stand the sound of Harry crying. I started to sob. All of a sudden, it was silent. No screaming or walking. Just the sound of Harry and I crying. Then I heard five quiet words that literally tore my heart to pieces.

"I thought she loved me."

Harry's POV

It was really quiet. No one said anything after I said that. But all I heard was Piper crying and me crying.

All I wanted to do was go and comfort her but there was a little voice in my head saying, "You stupid git! She cheated on you! With one of your best mates!" I felt rage fill my body and I started walking towards the room that they were in.

"Harry, don't do anything you are going to regret." I heard Lou call. "He can do whatever he bloody pleases, Louis! Those two have done him wrong and they should be lucky if he ever talks to them at all." That was Liam.

I kicked the door. "Open this door right now." I said, through gritted teeth. "Harry man, you gotta let us tell our story. You can't just listen to what Liam says. Contrary to what he believes, he ain't always right." Niall said from the other side of the door.

I heard Liam scoff behind me. I took a deep breath. Maybe I should listen. "Fine. I'll listen. But you gotta open the door." I heard someone take few steps, the door knob jiggled and it started to open.

Niall was standing in front of Piper. As if he had to protect her from me. No matter how much she hurt me, I could never bring myself to hurt her. It would be like hurting myself. Niall on the other hand...

I took a step back so they could walk to the couch. They both walked quickly to the couch. Piper sat down first. Then Niall sat to her right and Zayn on her left. I sat on the couch across from them and Liam on the couch with me. Lou sat in the chair right inbetween both couches.

I sat back and crossed my arms. "So? I'm listening." I said, taking a look into Piper's eyes. I couldn't look for very long. They were filled to the brim with tears. Her usually sparkling blue eyes looked a dull gray and were terribly puffy. My eyes started tearing up, so I quickly looked to Niall.

He looked defiant, of course. But he couldn't hide it that well. I could see the guilt in his eyes. "Well?" Liam said, sitting on the arm of the chair. Everyone jumped.

Niall started speaking,"Well, I--". I shook my head. "No, I'd like to hear it from Piper, if you don't mind." I said, now staring her down. My anger got the best of me, the tears that covered her face didn't even bother me. "Go on, Piper. If you can do the deed, you sure as hell better be able to tell the story." I said, surprised with my own bluntness. Apparently, so was she. Her eyes got wide. This was gonna be good.

Zayn's POV

Holy shit. This was getting scary. I've never seen Harry like this. I don't think anyone had. Piper sat there, staring at him with wide eyes. I patted her leg,"Go on, Piper. Tell him what you told me."

Harry's eyes got wide,"Did everyone else no about this except for me? Of course, it would only be fucking logical to tell her boyfriend. Let's just go tell everyone else. I'm surprised you guys didn't tell the god damn press!" He was standing above Piper now.

Niall stood up in front of him,"Hey, man. Back off." I think there was group facepalm there. Wrong move, Niall. 

Harry pushed him back into his spot,"Really? After cheating with my fucking girlfriend, you are gonna tell me to back off. I don't think so." Niall's face turned red with rage.

"Don't fucking push me, Harry. I swear to god, I'll bust your lip." Niall said, getting right in Harry's face, though he was much shorter than him. This was not going to end well.

"Fucking try me, you irrelevant little twat!" Harry said, pushing him again. This was getting out of hand. "Guys, please stop. We can talk this out!" Piper said, trying to pull them apart.

They both turned, "STAY OUT OF THIS!" She sat down quickly and leaned into my shoulder, sobbing. "Shhh, Piper. We'll get this figured out." Lou was quickly by her other side, rubbing her back comfortingly.

"You know what, you maggot, she doesn't even love you! So don't go being all cocky! She's only with you because she feels bad for you!" Niall said, getting right into Harry's face, nose to nose. I heard Piper gasp. Harry turned to her.

"Harry, that isn't true! Please listen to me." Tears were streaming down her face. I swear I saw Harry's face turn purple. As fast as he had looked at Piper, he turned right back to Niall and punched him square in the jaw. Niall fell to the floor with a thud. We all watched him, lay there, unmoving.

We didn't notice Harry left until we heard the door slam. All of us looked up and just stared at the door. Liam finally got us all out of our zoning when he screamed, "GUYS! SOMEONE CALL 911! NIALL ISN'T BREATHING!"
