Frisk opened her eyes, to find herself  in a hospital bed. Her head was throbbing, and her stomach felt as if it were tied into several knots and kept there.

Frisk noticed Chara sitting on a stool at her bedside, holding one of Frisk's hands in hers. Frisk felt guilt and anger sweep over her thoughts. She must have worried Chara sick... So sick that she had stayed all night to make sure she was alright. And the boy... She didnt want to know where he was. Frisk sighed, and touched her stomach with one hand. She was in hospital robes. Why was she suprised? She should of known this. She was in a hospital after all. Frisk felt as if someone had hit her head with a hammer, because her throbbing headache had just became worse. She gripped her head with her hand and closed her eyes. A few moments passed, and Chara began to stir. Frisk opened her eyes again after laying her arm down, and looked over at Chara. Chara looked up at her, as the panicked expression on her face vanished to releif. "Oh thank god your awake, you scared the hell out of me." Chara smiled, and reached over to gently hug her, before sitting back down on her stool. "So, were you here all night?" Frisked asked, her voice croakey. "I guess, I mean is it obvious?" Chara grinned at her. Of course, theres the sarcasm. Frisk smiled, but then frowned before hesitating. Her face went pale. Toriel. Asgore. Asriel. They have no idea shes awake! No idea she's okay.

She needed to see them. Frisk threw the blankets off her body, as Chara jumped in her seat. She ignored her throbbing head, as her feet hit the flat, tiled flooring of the hospital room. Panic arose in her chest, as she made her way quickly to the door, until nausea began to cloud her vision.

The room began to sway as  Pain seered her stomach. It felt like fire. Frisk was about to fall, until arms caught her. "Frisk! You idiot, whats wrong? Your injured unless you've forgotten." Chara said, her voice firm and worried. She sounded almost...Motherly. " No one knows im okay, what if they think im severely injured? Missing?" Frisk croaked, her vision cloudy, the edges of her sight darkening. "They know your fine, Frisk. They are going to come pick me up later, that means they will be able to see you soon. So dont worry." Chara said, kissing her forehead. Frisk smiled, but it quickly faded. She was in so much pain. Chara sighed, and carried her back to the hospital bed, covering her up with the blanket. "All be waiting for you when you wake up. I figured so, since you look kinda out of it. But hey, thats what you get for trying to run out if your hospital bed after being stabbed." Chara gave a light chuckle, though she still looked worried. Frisk looked towards Charas darkening figure, and closed her eyes.

When she Reopened them, she noticed that afternoon sunlight was filtering through drawn blinds. The room smelled of cleaner, and Chara was not in the room.

Frisk frowned, and sighed. She was probrably tooken home. Five minutes passed as she pondered about when her family would come to pick her up, and soon they did. Toriel, Asriel, Asgore, and Chara all came walking into the room, a nurse following. Frisk smiled with releif, as Toriel and Asgore came rushing to her side, with relieved smiles. "My child, are you recovering well? How are you feeling?" Toriel asked. "Oh, im fine mom  dont worry!" Frisk smiled, looking up towards her. "Well im happy to hear that. But please, be more careful, Frisk. You know what anger can do to people. The boy has been sued by the school, and charged with attempted murder." Asgore replied after, his face firm, but soft at the same time. "Oh. Well thats not good... When will I be going home? And what about my job?" Frisk asked, the topic suddently appearing in her mind. "Oh, no you wont be going to your office for a while, including school. You are to rest. Your wounds may be small, but they are deep.

They need time to heal. A few months maybe." Asgore said. "But what about all the work? All be missing so many meetings, inportant things that I need to know!" Frisk said, her voice rising into a plead.

"Dear, theres no other exeption, really. You need rest, and thats final. Dont push yourself, please." Toriel said, too getting strict. "Your parents are right, hon." The nurse said, grabbing her clipboard off the desk. Frisk had honestly forgotten she was in the room; the nurse must have been waiting for ths conversation to die down before to talk. "It says here, that your wounds are not fatal, but still require precise attention. I prefer bedrest for a couple of weeks. I have provided you with crutches, so you can walk around at home." The nurse pointed to a pair of crutches on the side of the room, before looking back at her clipboard. "You should be good to check out. Make sure to bandage your wounds daily, and keep them clean. Try not to walk to much." The nurse gave a freindly smile before adding: "Your clothes are on the counter. You can check out with your family in the office, hon." Once the nurse had left, Frisk sighed, as Asgore, Toriel, and Chara left the room to let her change. It took a few minutes; but after gently changing into her clothes, she was ready. It onlt occurred to her that Toriel must have provided her clothing, since her shirt was ruined by her stabbing, and her jeans being coated in blood.... Oh well, nothing lasts forever. Once frisk grabbed her crutches, she struggled to open the door. Once she did, she met up with her family, checked out, and got in the car.
