Hero or Villian: A hero, but can easily be turned into a Villian. Kind of an Antihero, in a way.

Personality: Primrose is a calm girl, but she also likes to get on people's nerves. She is sometimes nice But normally Rude and Arrogant to people she doesn't like or know. She is sassy too, and some describe her as 'Feisty'. She is very sarcastic and loves to play pranks, harmful or not. She is a bit selfish but sensitive behind this personality.

Powers/Abilities: Superhuman Speed, Energy blasts, Telekinesis, Levitation, Force-fields, Telepathy, Fire, Ice, Water.

Meanings -

Telepathy/Mind-Link - She uses this to project words into others minds, she only uses this in times of crisis or if she cannot get to that person.

Energy blasts - She generates a unique reddish energy from her hands, and can harness it to create energy blasts. She can project energy blasts, orbs, waves, and bolts by projecting her own psionic and kinetic energy or gathering particles, molecules and physical forces into a contained space, allowing her to either blow, destroy, push/pull or direct her hits at her enemies. These contained spaces could be in any shape and form and outlined her telekinetic spheres of influence, making her telekinesis visible and in reddish color. When a target of hers is hit with her energy, she can use her telekinesis to inflict further damage.

Telekinesis - She can move stuff with her mind, or someone. She generally doesn't like to use this power. Why? Because she has the force fields and energy blasts.

Forcefield - She can make a force field or a type of shield and protect herself or either people who she chooses. She can put up multiple of these. Though they can be easily broken depending on the enemy's strength and they don't hold up for long, as they take up lots of energy from her.

Superhuman speed - She has superhuman speed. Like Pietro, and the flash. She can take sharp turns and she can read fastly too. She generally doesn't use this if she's not in a rush, or if she's not in trouble.

Levitation - She can levitate things and people too. She likes to use it on herself though.
Fire - She cannot control certain fire; She can only use this to melt ice.

Ice - She can spawn it or control it; only in certain circumstances, though, such as freezing someone's arms, or legs.
Water - She can only bend it, she cannot spawn it.

Clothing: Her clothes somewhat change. She usually wears jeans or ripped jeans, sweatpants, and combat boots. She doesn't have any fancy costume or anything.

Appearance: Her eyes are mainly a purple-- They change shades from time to time. Sometimes, her eyes are light, and sometimes her eyes are dark. It just depends. Her eyes glow vibrantly, a very light purple when she is upset. Her hair is mainly a darkish-red, with brunette parts.

Weapon: None really. She has her powers, So she's good. But if she had to choose one power; Energy blasts. Her main weapon.

Backstory and Other Info: On April 19th of 2001, Primrose Miller and William Miller Were born. Primrose and William's Parents abandoned them, giving them to Captain America. Prim and William were practically raised by Steve, and see him as a father-figure. They haven't met the other Avengers. Prim likes to play pranks on William. When she meets someone new she tends to come off cold and likes to annoy them. She likes to annoy William and Steve a lot. She's really only sweet to William and Steve, Considering she's not close to any other people. Primrose has always really had red hair, William's like a boy version of Prim. Primrose rarely shows sad or depressed emotions. She's very sarcastic and happy, but not too happy. She likes to run, and if she feels like a show-off, she'll run with her speed in-front of new people. She's actually very sweet once you get to understand her fully. If you don't try to understand her and her problems; She'll push you away. She's very playful generally. By the age of 1; Her powers started growing. William's too. If Primrose is upset or angry enough; She can knock out a whole town with her powers. She bottles up her sad and angry emotions and lets them out in her room silently. Her room? It's black and maroon, and her windows are closed with blinds making it a gentle scene for anyone's eyes to see. Her roof looks like the galaxy because it's in 3-D which calms her down. When you look up at the roof; you will literally feel like you're in space. She has 2 doors. If you open one without her permission or her knowing, You'll be left with locks all around the doors. No one seems to know her combination lock for her doors, and she never tells anyone. She has under her room; Where she practices her witchcraft and other stuff. William comes down with her and they practice battling each other. If Primrose has to take charge and be a leader; She'll gladly do it. She's won...Well, a lot of fights against William, but not all. William is more powerful than her. Primrose is very understanding and if you want to rant to her even if you aren't close to her, she'll understand and let you. She'll give you advice. William and Her share a bond that no other siblings-or twins, could share. They are so close, That you'd think they are boyfriend and girlfriend If you haven't met them before. They'll cuddle with each other, and do stuff that couples do. Except; They don't kiss or have sex. (Because...Duh.) Primrose has trust issues as well. This is because She was once Very, Very close to one person. They betrayed her and spilled all her secrets out. Primrose has never had a boyfriend; nor a girlfriend. If prim were to use energy blasts on a human? They'd be dead or either disabled. Prim and William also have Russian accents. Primrose can indeed use spells if she wants to but prefers not to. Primrose is blunt and isn't afraid to tell you or confront you if she doesn't like you. If t you are rude to her, she'll be rude back. If you are rude to William or harm him in any way though; She will. kill. you. She'll make that a mission. William is very protective of his twin sister. They've done many covers, The both of them. They do many covers together. William is naturally taller than primrose, which he teases her about it and takes her items, and then holds them up high.

Fears: Her main fear is losing William, the other fears are losing her dad and heights. She is afraid of being injured badly as well.

Languages: She is fluent in English, French, and Russian. This took her years to learn, but she has finally mastered those two. (As she already spoke English before she learned the other two.)

Dislikes: Being screamed at, Lightning, thunderstorms, Seeing her friends hurt or sad, William being injured, Losing in a fight, Being underestimated, and making someone mad at her.

Weaknesses: Well, In fights or battles, The place that hurts her the most is her neck. She also is very ticklish, so wherever you tickle her, she'll laugh.

Her favorite color: A dark blue, and a crimson-red. Also, a velvet purple.

Wanda Maximoff - Past friend.

Wanda and she were close, but they distanced off after what Wanda did. Primrose started to get bitchy towards Wanda before she did what she did, so Wanda wanted to get back. Wanda spilled out her secrets, even the one that included Primrose liking Pietro. Primrose was devastated and they got into a huge fight before she never saw her again. This happened when they were young.

Pietro Maximoff - Past friend, Past Crush.
Pietro and Primrose were sorta-close, and when they saw each other, they had deep and long talks. They would sometimes play tag with their speed, often showing off to others. She developed a crush on him after a while and kept it a secret only to her and Wanda. Wanda told Pietro about it when they were all hanging out, and he laughed. She ran away, embarrassed.

Captain America/Steve Rodgers - Adoptive father.
He and she are super close, She looks up to him and loves to speak and play around with him. She respects him but will disobey certain orders.

Sorry if this is confusing! I copied an old bio of her and changed it up, so please disregard any mistakes or mentioning of powers that aren't there anymore! Another also, some of the powers are copied from Wanda's bio, and others aren't. If anything is wrong or needs to be changed please tell me and I'll gladly change it. c:
