They saught you useful, in a way that wasn't you..
They have been torturing you for a month and a fortnight (two weeks). In whatever way triggers your Enraged side, they did that to you.

The Pasta's were all told to meet Zalgo's team in the middle of the Forest.
Only to see you at your worst..

If you do not have an Enraged form, this probably won't apply to you.
Reaver in the way of their torture, was starved. When not given a human to eat, they will become hungry and eat anything they can get their claws on. They are treated like an animal, with a leash and muzzle.
Since they have no control one so ever.
