The beginning (YuneKirkland)

This first two chapters are made by myself. I'm really happy to do this with my dear friend and daughter pan320. So I really hope you will enjoy it.

It was still fresh in your memory. You met the Supreme Kai the first time shortly before Majin Buu appeared. Back then, you were still young, only 18 years old and quiet timid, because you stuck out a lot.
Being a Neko wasn't too easy on you. Your parents died when you were only 7 and after being alone for 3 whole years you weren't used to people at all. The only contact you had so far wasn't pleasant to say the least. Many who encountered yourself wanted to catch you and do research on an unknown species.
They had never seen anything like you before.
Only after you were being found by Son Goku it was getting better.

When he found you out in the woods and asked what you did there you were scared at first. Only after he kept sticking around and finaly saved you from some porchers, you started trusting him enough to talk to him. He was curious about you, yes, but he never tried to push you to do anything.
It took some time for you to tell him your story and you were shocked when he picked you up and just took you home.
After hearing what happened to you, Chi Chi was ok with taking you in. They had two sons of their own and you quickly got used to it, even calling them as your parents.
Gohan and Goten felt happy about it, being comfortable with you from the start. You took the middle place by the siblings and couldn't be any happier.
They all were pretty protective over you and so were your new father's friends. But even after 8 years with them you still had this shy nature.
You needed some time to warm up to other people and get comfortable around them. Only with the ones you trusted you were being open and could get loud like your father. The rest only saw a quiet, shy girl with cat-like features, if they even saw you at all.
You just felt uncomfortable in crowds and it even could bring you to hide yourself. Your family and friends understood this, seeing as you were constantly looked or pointed at.
It made you feel scared.

The day you saw Shin for the first time was at the world tournament. You were with your father to keep out of the mass of people and saw him in the area for the fighter's.
He stood out like you and seemed so earnst while looking around.
When he saw you back then his eyes widened and he seemed shocked but curious about you.
After he took a step in your direction you hide behind your father and Vegeta. They were fighting like always, but as they saw you hide, they steped in front of you, hiding you from the stranger. Other then that, they continued fighting. Gohan saw it too and came to get you, also keeping you in his shadow to help you hide.
The Supreme Kai had stopped after seeing you being scared, but looked sorry to have frightened you.
While the story went on you had seen him a fev times and after he revealed his identity you went with Gohan to the sacred world of the Kais to keep him company.
Kibito, Shin's attendant, was against you coming along, but Shin allowed it and made him quiet down.
When Gohan was training, he tried to speak to you a fev times, but you were always being quiet and just spoke when asked.

It was when Buu was released and attacked you in his kid form, that Shin protected you and made sure you stood out of harms way.
Back then, he couldn't do anything to help in the fight and so he took it upon himself to keep you save.
It was Gohans last wish.
You were being heart-broken.
Your family was eaten by the monster or killed like your father and you couldn't do anything other than to cry.
It was the first time you let Shin come near you on your own free will. He consoled you, understanding how you felt. After reading your thoughts, he felt the need to be there for you, to protect you and it wasn't for Gohan or anyone else.
He liked you, but you didn't catch on. You were to scared for your family and looked on to the fight.
After the fight was over and it was all good again, you became friends with the Kai. He was so soft spoken and nice, you couldn't do anything other than to like him and after some more time, you got a huge crush on him.
Well, yeah, it was like this, but you never sayed a word. He was a god and you wouldn't dare to think of having a chance by him.
So it came that you both kept quiet and just stayed friends.
Well, that was until Beerus showed up and it all came in motion.
