graysons pov:
after emma had come back into the front room, ethan hugged her for a long time. honestly, looking at them, they looked really cute together. i'd always thought that they'd be good for eachother. ethan is always the one who cheers emma up, which she really needed at the moments, and emma was the only person that ethan would get up and be excited to see. of course I never mentioned this to ethan or emma, because i thought it would be a bit weird if I tried to influence my brothers dating life. but as soon as they both sat down, james started talking.
'okay kitty girls so... i wanna go to vegas.'
emma suddenly cheered up and said 'ROADTRIPPP'
me and e cheered in agreement with emma's suggestion. to be honest, i was excited.
we made our plans for emma to come to our house at about 9pm and then we'd go pick up james to go to Vegas.
ethan's pov:
after emma and james had left for the day, it was just me and gray left in our house. obviously i was bored, so we decided to go and get pizza for lunch.
'so, are you excited for vegas?' grayson asked
'yeah, i actually am. emma's sorting out the hotel right?'
'yeah, and i bet she'll book 3 rooms...' he mumbled.
'huh? but there's 4 of us?' i replied, acting confused, but knowing what he was suggesting.
'dosent matter e' he replied, chuckling.
after we'd finished our pizza and talked for a while, we headed back home to pack for our short stay in vegas. i sent emma a text.
me: hey em. just checking that you've got the hotel room sorted out?
em: yeah all done. i hope it's okay and james doesn't complain ;)
me: very true. what are we planning on doing?
em: idk. i thought maybe we could go zip lining? there's this one spot that looks really dope.
me: that's sounds cool. so what time are you coming over?
em: im not sure because I'm busy tonight, but I'll get there as soon as i can.
i thought to myself: 'who is she busy with? hannah maybe? i don't know'
me: oh okay that's fine. can't wait to see you
em: me either. even though it's only been a few hours i miss you
em: and your smile
