A day and a night. For the mere living beings, the night is a monstrous time that they must avoid at any cost. Whilst for the creatures of the night, it is the day that they must avoid. But then again, there is always an excuse for one right? And this time, the rule is excused for the No-Life-King. He could blend into the life of the living to a certain degree. His resistence to the light is a thing that even The God who cursed him into the eternal night life would have given him an applause from the throne of Heaven.
The man clad in his black attire walked through the street of (T/N) in daylight as if challenging the sun. His master assigned him a mission in this town which is to track down a new vampire threat to the Hellsing organization and he had just arrived here the night before and dwelled in a hotel within the center of the town.Over the years, this No-Life-King has been known as Alucard, the Hellsing's trump card.
A sigh of relief escaped through the male's pale lips. "This is such a nice place, it's been quite a long time since I've enjoyed the daylight like this." The male's right hand went up to his black fedora and pulled it down to cover his handsome face along with his red tinted sunglasses. The sunglasses shone with the sunlight reflection that managed to found itself onto the glass' surface. His black coat flowed elegantly behind his back as if dancing together with the small wind that blew past him.
It was around 7 am, a time in which the humans were busy. The adults were going to their workplace, and the children along with the teenagers were going to their school. Alucard kept walking between the crowd of the humans in his own pace. A pace which gave away his intention, it was as if he was enjoying his immortal life to the fullest.
Among the bustling townsfolk, a teenager with (H/C) hair was also walking towards her school. She was wearing a white shirt with a short black skirt and a matching black tie. Since she was not in hurry, she was looking at the people, observing each and every movements that were made by the others. Her (E/C) orbs were following her object of interest before she suddenly bumped into someone, from the feeling of the broad chest and tall figure, she knew that she had bumped into a male. She was pushed back for a bit and almost fell down but a strong arm had wrapped itself onto the female's feminime waist, pulling her back onto her standing stance. Her beautiful eyes widened at the male's quick and swift reaction.
"I-I'm sorry mister!" She apologized quickly as soon as she was pulled to her feet by the mysterious man in black suit and long jet black hair. By this moment, he had freed his arm from the female. Alucard let out a small chuckle, "It is me who should apologize, Milady. I was deep in daze, merely mesmerized by this town's beauty." Said the man in his deep voice and had a british accent to it. The girl stood infront of the male, her figure was totally covered by the male's tall one. She took a look at the male. He has a sharp face, strong jaw, his eyes were hidden behind a pair of red sunglasses with a black fedora sat on top of his head as a black coat covered most parts of his body.
"Are you new here, Mister?" queried the school girl. "Ah, yes. In fact, I've just arrived here last night." Replied the male with a small smile. "My name is (F/N) (L/N). It is nice to meet you Mister." She introduced herself with a genuine smile on her face and she extended her right hand out for a handshake. Instead of receiving a handshake, the male who came from the Great Britain took her small hand in his large one and placed a soft kiss on top of it as he bowed like a gentleman he was and is.
The female was taken a back as she had never received such a gentle action like this before. A small tint of blush had covered her cute cheeks. "It is nice to meet a fair lady like yourself Miss (L/N). My name is J. H. Brenner." He gave her his alias instead of his real name to make sure that later when it was his time to leave there would be no trace of him. He was even disguised himself like a businessman. Unbeknownst to him, his cursed fate would say it otherwise. Life sure always know how to surprise its holder in a funny way.
"Mr. Brenner." She tried his name and it rolled out of her tongue just fine but not right, it was as if there was more into the male's name. "Where are you from, Mr. Brenner?" She asked politely as she retracted her hand from his hand. "I am from Britain, what about you milady? Are you a native here?" he put his hand back to his side as she nodded at him. "Yes, I am a native in this town. It is a beautiful town isn't it?" her (E/C) eyes went to the side, looking at the city view.
"Yes, it is a very beautiful one." He uttered. Soon enough, the female took a quick glance over her wrist watch, "Excuse me, Mr. Brenner, but I have to go now and I hope you enjoy your stay here." She excused herself with a smile and wave before she turned on her heels, taking the path to her school. His ruby orbs were kept on the teenager as she left. "Thank you," He replied softly as the small figure disappeared into the crowd and Alucard also traced back to where he left.
"Now then, where should I begin my search." He muttered to himself as his heavy boots dragged him across the street and he too, soon disappeared within the crowd. This was their fateful meeting that none of them expect.
