I open my eyes again... Am I an animal? "No, Your a danger to your and our kind," the darkness whispers in my ear. "Should I die? Can you kill me?" I ask the darkness. "I cannot kill you, my child..." The angel is back and she looks so close that I could touch her.

The little girl is at my feet this time, "Mommy?" I look around..."Who's your mommy, little girl?" I ask in a raspy voice. The little girl points to the women in white, a nurse..."Is she our mommy?" I ask and the little girl nods, You like having a big sis?" I smile as the girl shakes her head so hard she falls onto me and the bed. "You want to hug me?" I ask, the little girl crawls on top of me and rests her head on my breasts. I rub her back and dose into a faltering sleep.
