ZACKS POV:
I went out to the kitchen to tell Mia and I could see her eyes starting to sting up. I grabbed her real quick and pushed her up to my chest into a big bear hug. I whispered "Mia the whole issue with dad will be over soon we won't have him in our life anymore.."
-FLASHBACK-
This whole problem with mom and dad happened when he came home from work stressed and mad at his boss. Him and mom were talking in the bedroom the it got more aggressive then louder and this wasn't the first time it happened so I thought it would blow off by the morning like it normally does. But I woke up that next morning to see him sleeping on the couch. He slept there all that past week so I wasn't getting worried about it. The next Sunday Mia was telling dad all about how she made the honor roll! And she was very excited and was asking to go out that night. She was just being her normal self all happy and then he just got up frantically and started yelling and screaming about how because of her were going into debt and how dancing is a waste of the family's money and Mia started balling and he went up in her face and whispered "you are just like your mother, spoiled and needy" That's how it all went downhill and now whenever Mia hears his name she can't help but or cringing up and cry.
