It's 2099 and every nation in the world is excitingly waiting for the new year. A new era that will marked the upturning point for humanity. The 21st century has been a hard century for humans and all life form on Earth. Global warming that has almost wipe out a tenth of Earth's landmass in the beginning of the century. Another global economical crisis in 2049. And last and the most heavy blow of them all is the almost-World War III, that could happen if the UN didn't interfere. Even that almost fail. The almost global level catastrophe, made the UN build a precaution against what they would like to call, egoistical and immature brats acting as nation leaders. They form WSO or World Security Organization. An international organization that educates every nation leader and candidate to prevent them destroying earth and each other, creating a highly beneficial and effective education for all children in the world that can really prepare them for the real world, as they like to call it, helping poverty country and eliminates draught and famine, researching more ways to create a more effective underwater residence, revitalize the nature and bringing them to their former glory while coexisting with humans. Basically, to cut all of the ramblings, it's UN but a lot more on the side of precaution of any wars and poverty.
As the clock strike closer to the 22nd century. Everyone finds themselves in anticipation of what it might bring. Everyone sure hope it will be the century of evolution. Where technology can evolve to an unprecedented heights. Where human can uncover the secrets of space traveling. Though, sadly to say, that hope will be crushed as the century will bring human to the most deadly war to ever be recorded in human history.
