Here are our elements and functions:
*Water: These are the REVIEWERS. They review all books that they are requested to and give HONEST, UNFILTERED opinions on them.
*Fire: These are the GRAPHIC DESIGNERS. They design covers for people who really can't.
*Earth: These are the ELEMENT MANAGERS. They manage an element of their choice. There are only two spots open per element. They make sure that everything runs smoothly while the boss is, wherever. Element managers are allowed to FIRE, BLACKLIST, HIRE and MAKE ADJUSTMENTS (if approved by the BOSS).
*Air: These are our CAMPAIGNERS. They start campaigns, and spread messages to people near and far. They tackle issues with as much soul as they can and never back down!
*Metal: These are our EDITORS. They reach deep down into the core of books and rip out any mistakes and grammar issues.
