Spencer laid in bed, his head pounding and his back full of sweat. His hair stuck to his forehead, and his chest felt tight. He laid back on the warm mattress, breathing heavily. Apparently he had been mumbling or probably yelling, because Derek had ran upstairs, and into Spencer's room. Derek Morgan had been staying with Spence ever since the younger had been found after being abducted.

"Are you alright, Reid?" He said, his voice stern, like it always had been, but had a hint of something that Spencer couldn't put a finger on.

"I'm fine. I'm alright." The younger replied, his heart still racing. His nightmare involved the past, but recent enough events, including Tobias, and instead of Tobias having his three personalities, all three were in different bodies. They were beating on him, and just as he thought it would never end, his mom arrived to the broken, and old shed. She had started beating on him too. At that moment, the moment she laid her hand on him, he jumped to life. That was what had startled him out of his own slumber.

Spencer's eyes flooded full of tears at the reminder he could have died, and how much pain he was actually in. Derek noticed, and slowly walked to the bed, sitting down.

"C'mon, pretty boy," He spoke softly, and calmly, which was a rare; "It was just a dream." He continued.

"It wasn't just a dream, it was real, it happened," The younger male spoke through the tears, "Please don't leave." His voice filled with urgency at the thought of being alone. He was embarrassed, his cheeks burned, assuming Derek wouldn't be comfortable.

"I'll stay. Don't worry." He replied, sighing and lifting the blanket, and crawling in underneath. "I'm here." He said, wrapping his thick arms, which was really only muscle, around the thin, and boney male.

Spencer laid back down as Derek climbed into the bed. He closed his eyes, but opened them in surprise as he felt the security of arms around him. He let his breath follow in sync with the bigger, older male.

The warmth and security made his eyelids heavy, and his limbs feel light. He slowly sank into sleep, and surprisingly, he had no more nightmares that night.
