Finding Out

Matt was working as normal, Lana trying to charm him. Though it didnt work, Matt's mind was on other things such as work and Edd.

Aaron came in, holding the child Matt and Lana had, bright blond hair, and green eyes, though Matt's eyes were purple, and Lana's blue, they didnt know how it happend.

“ Got her to sleep, Boss.” Aaron whispered, trying not to wake her up.

“ Ah, thank you soldier. You may have your break now, just be sure to check on her every hour.” Matt looked at him, Lana glaring at him before you left.

“ Matt, I don't think he should be watching Zona. ” Lana growled.

“ Well we do need sombody, all you do is flirt with me while I'm working. When's the last time you fed her?” Matt looked over at her, he had enough of her doing nothing but flirting and wearing skimpy outfits.

Aaron laughed from around the corner, he hated her with a passion. He seen her flirting with other soldiers and trying to lead them on, Matt dosent think that. He just thinks she has nothing better to do. He planned to get her caught in the act soon, while Matt is looking for his ‘Old Friend’

Matt left, searching for Edd. Aaron looked around the base, being Matthew's second in command keeping patrol he heard a voice. A voice that annoyed him.

He went around to find Lana trying to flirt with a soldier, A.J, the soldier was happily married, unlike Lana his wife didnt sleep with other men while he was at work.

“ Lana, get off your knees and get back to work!” Aaron stared at her.

Lana glared at him then walked away.

{ With Matt }

He searched around for Edward, willing to search every inch of the world. Soon coming across Slate's house, he went on a chart, seeing Slate's past and what he did.

Thank Aaron for that.

Matt's eyes widend, seeing the list.

Violation of bodies? Abuse? This is Edd's ex, right?

He was confused,  either way he kept looking.

Soon, he came to a window of a house, he heard yelling, clearly sombody was having a fight. Then he heard Edd's voice, he sounded hurt and afraid.

He went inside.

“ Slate, what are you doing to him?” When Matt's tone was angry, it was kind of scary.

Slate always feared Matt, the Army Leader, The Killer, The Man Of Violence himself. He backed away, Edd didnt know what to do. Hearing Matt scared him but thank God he was talking to Slate.

Matt walked up to Slate, Slate stood still not knowing what to do, froze on the spot.

His hand wrapped around his neck and Slate got lifted, Matt didnt care. He was enjoying this.

Slate hurt Edd, broke him. He won't let him get away.

“ Ahh, Slate. Hurting Edward won't make you any better of a person. In fact, after all you did you didn't make it out of cheap scum who can only get sombody to be with him besides forcing them to. I met you only last month. And I knew you would never be good enough for Edd. ” Matt's tone was cold,  he threw him to the floor and walked away with Edd, he was holding onto Matt's arm as they walked back.

“ Are you okay, Edward?” Matt asked.

The only response he got was a slow nod, he was surprised that Edd wasn't trying to kill him before he could speak.

Edd had to admit, Matt could get scary. Matt's a whole foot taller than him and very strong who knows what he's really capable of besides controlling a giant robot.

As soon as they got home Matt called sombody that Edd never knew.

“ Soldier, when I get back make sure she's asleep.” Matt said into the phone, he trusted Aaron more than anyone with his kid.

Matt went to his room, Edd grabbed his arm gently, Matt remembered Edd trying to grab his arm if he wanted to stay with him when they were kids.

“ You can stay, Edd.” Matt mumbled.

“ D.. Don't let this.. Get back to Tom or Tord.. You.. Stupid Commie.” Edd glared at him, Matt didn't feel threatend though to be honest it was funny to him.

“ Alright, Alright. Calm down,  Tiger.” Matt smirked leading him to the room.

When they got there, Edd changed into boxers and a T-shirt, Matt only wearing boxers.

“ Matt!” Edd's face was red.

“ What? See something you like?” Matt flirted.

Edd gently slapped him, Matt laughed and layed down. As soon as Edd did he started  blushing.

“ My Jehova, you work out?” Edd asked.

“ Maybe, but my eyes are up here. ” Matt commented, putting his arms behind his head.

Edd rolled his eyes and snuggled in the blankets, suprised at how soft they were.

“ Matt?” Edd looked over.

“ Huh?” He responded.

“ Well.. Sorry if I end up hugging you while I sleep.. Uhm.. I hug pillows a lot.” He awkwardly said.

“ Fine by me, Zona does the same thing.” Matt mentioned his daughter.

“ Zona?” He was confused.

“ Oh, my daughter. ” He knew Aaron was watching her, and she was in good hands.

“ Mm. Didnt know you were a father type. ” Edd commented.

They ended up falling asleep at ease,  Edd clung on to Matt, Matt being more protective of Edd then he has ever been.
