Kendall waited in the car with his hand tapping on the steering wheel. After a minute he honked again. Soon the door opened as a strawberry blond girl left the house. Kendall watched before honking again when she forgot to close the door. She rolled her eyes before closing the door

"You know Kendall, you don't always criticize what I do."

He looked at her, confused

"How did I criticize you?"

She shook her head

"Just drive."

He smiled before he started to drive off. Of course, Lydia was talking the whole way to school. Not like he was going to interrupt her. He couldn't talk and he couldn't sign or text will driving.

"You can't tell anyone what I had just said."

Kendall pulled up to the school before raising an eyebrow

"Before you say 'I can't tell anyone' don't sign or write to anyone."

He raised his hands in surrender. She quickly got out causing Kendall to roll his eyes at the way she walked. Yes, she was confident with herself. He liked that, but he hated how for her 'reputation' she pretended he wasn't her brother. He shook his head before hopping out of the car.

He walked into the school. He always kept his head down. But, this time he dumped into someone. He looked up seeing the two best friends Scott MCcall and Stiles Stilinski. He held his hand up

"Sorry."

The two boys looked at him, confused. As Kendall was about to walk away the boys stopped him.

"Hey, you Kendall right? Lydia's brother?"

Kendall turned around about to sign but remembered they didn't understand him last time. So, he pulled his phone and quickly typed on it before holding it up and letting them read it. Stiles mumbled as he read the words

"Yeah, but I don't think she likes people to know that."

Before either of the boys could say anything else Kendall walked away. It bothered Scott that the boy seemed to believe that Lydia had a right to think that. He could read it in his face and hear his heartbeat.
