Just the beginning

Hi I'm Emma! I'm 11. I have a older brother named Chris he is 30 and a older sister Danielle that is 30. Danielle's boyfriends name is Sean. We all live in my house with my mom and dad.

EMMAS POV******

I woke up with a fever, headaches and I just felt terrible. I haven't felt good for about a week but today I feel terrible. The doctor keeps saying it's the flu but I feel like it's something else I jut don't know what!!

I finally decided to get out of bed and go downstairs. I sat in the living room next to my big brother Chris. Chris and I are VERY close. He is my best friend.

"What's up cutie pie" he asked me as I cuddled up next to him. "I don't feel good" I whined as he took my tempature. It was 102

I laid down with Chris while I slept. I slept for about 3 hours then I woke up and threw up everywhere. Chris took my temperature again and it was at 104.

He called my parents because they were all at work. He brought me to the ER. As soon as I got there they took me away from Chris and I started to cry because I was really scared. They literally took me out of his arms and pulled me away.

They gave me an IV and the doctor took my temperature and all that stuff. They put me into a machine called a MRI after the MRI I had to get a cat scan and blood drawn.

When I was done with all the tests they said they would have the results soon.

Finally Chris, Danielle, my mom my dad and Sean came in. I fell asleep due to my tiredness and then I woke up about 4 hours later. Chris was the only one on the room and he wS crying. More like sobbing

"Chris" I asked weakly. "Emma" he asked. "Why are you crying" I asked. "Emma baby you have cancer" he said. Right then everyone walked in. I looked at everyone shocked. All of there eyes were red and puffy. "Mom" I asked weakly. "Yes sweat heart" she answered. "Am.. Am I going to loose my hair" I asked. She nodded and everyone started to cry again.
