Chapter 5

Rose's P.O.V

After Brandon leaves to go home and grab us some necessities i walk over to Lisa's bed side and lay my head on the bed. I grab her little hand, i play with it and hold it in mine.

"Please wake up soon and be fine Lisa. I can't lose you." i say out loud but to myself.

"I'll be fine mommy." Lisa tries to sit up but her arm is casted and she doesn't quite have enough strength to push herself up. I help her sit up and then i climb in the bed with her. I grab a book out of my carry on and start reading it to her. Soon enough she falls asleep and i get on my phone. I go to Instagram and log into my anime account to check on my favorite anime at the moment. I find a cute post of shoto todoroki and izuku midoriya. Who might i add are my favorite gay anime couple of all time. Soon enough I find myself falling into a pit of darkness that i welcome.

Brandon's POV

When i return to the hospital i had to sign back in for safety reasons

After I sign in I briskly walk to the elevator to go up to the 3rd floor where Lisa is located. I walk into her room to see rose and her sleeping soundly, so I walk over to the chair next to them and set our stuff down. After that long trip i deserve something to eat, so i walk down to the small café to grab myself a cup of coffee and a biscuit. I pay the lady working there and walk back to room 216 where Lisa is staying.

Rosa's P.O.V

I woke up to Brandon sound asleep in a chair in the corner of the room. Since Lisa was still asleep I quietly slip out of the bed and run to the bathroom for a shower. I grab my bag and my phone and carry it to the bathroom. I log into my phone and turn on my "Shower" playlist. Just as I was about to take my clothes off Justin walks in. I turn down my music because of it being on enough for me not to hear well.

"Oh god."

"What's wrong?" I ask being completely oblivious

"Nothing." he tells me but I finally figure out what he said oh god for. He said it because i am only wearing a large t-shirt that may i add is his. His cheeks are blushed pink and he turns to leave but not before he pushes me up against the wall and kisses me long and hard. He moves his lips to my neck when i tug on his hair. He continues to kiss me peppering them along my jawline.

"B-baby stop. We can't. Not here. Not right now."

He moans signaling that he doesn't want to.

"I know baby but it can't happen. Not while Lisa is in the hospital."

"When....We....Get....Home....Then..." He says in between kisses.

"Maybe."

"Fine I deserve this tho."

"Okay let me take my shower now."

"Can i join?" He smirks. Oh no

"No you need to stay in there with Lisa incase something happens."

"Fine." He frowns in defeat but leaves.

I turn my music back on and hop into the shower.

Brandon's POV

While Rose is in the shower I decide to go get a nurse and ask them to stay with Lisa so I could surprise my "Wife". I leave the hospital and drive to Walmart thinking of what just happened in the restroom. If Rose ever thinks she isn't beautiful, she is wrong for so many reasons. Before I know it, I'm at Walmart. I drive until I see a parking space to park in. I open the door and walk towards Walmart. I go to the jewelry department and find the perfect ring, shall I say promise ring, for my beautiful girlfriend or "wife". It a pretty heart rhinestone one that she had once before but had lost it throughout many of her moves. So I thought I'd be nice if I could get her a brand new one. I hope she likes it and I hope that she doesn't hate me for getting her a new one. I got the rhinestone replaced with a blue gem because rose's favorite color is blue and i was told that the only blue one they had was a mood one so it will change depending on her mood which i think is very cool. They said I should have it in roughly 20 minutes but that was about an hour ago so I walk up to the lady at the counter and asked her about the ring.

"I'll check on it for you sweetheart." she says and walks to what I'm guessing is the storage room or the work room.

I go back to my original seat prepared to have a call from rose soon. Speak of the devil,

"Hey where are you I've been roaming the hospital for hours looking for you. Your worrying me."

"I'm sorry baby i just went out to go grab something and I've only been gone an hour and a half so how have you been looking for hours?"

"It's a freaking metaphor god. Anyway where are you and when will you be back? I miss you and I'm kind of scared because you up and left while I was asleep which makes me think things and you know this just please tell me where you are."

"I'm at Walmart and I don't know how much longer, what I came to get is taking longer than I expected it to. And I knew that if I tried to leave while you were awake you'd come with me and I wanted to go alone just for some time to think."

"You could have just told me that. I would have let you."

"But I know you'd be sad if I left and so I would take you that's why I left without you knowing."

"Please hurry back. I want to take Lisa home."

"She's allowed to be omitted?"

"Yeah they just woke her up and took one last test to make sure she was fine before giving us the approval to take her home."

"Okay I'll be there as soon as i can it may be another 30 minutes but i may just get it tomorrow."

"Mr. Anderson?" the lady from the counter calls out my name.

"I'll be there soon baby I love you."

"I love you too bye."

"Bye."

I walk up to the counter and she hands me the ring. I open the box and look at the beautiful ring that i just bought for the most beautiful woman. Don't tell her but it costs around $500 to $1,000. She would kill me if she knew I spent that much on her. I walk out of Walmart and back to my truck and ,driving within the speed limit, speed off to the hospital to get rose and Lisa and take them home. For once we can be home as a "Family". I stop by one store on my way to get some pain medication that I had called in to get.

I'm about halfway to the hospital when i feel my phone buzzing in my pocket.

"Hello?" 

"Hi, I don't believe you'll remember me." Oh god help me. The person I'm on the phone with is my crazy ex named Hana (she's from japan)
“What do you want Hana?”

“To say hello to my brandy bear!” she squeals through the phone.

“After 6 years?”

“It’s been 6 years?”

“Yes and if you don't mind i need to get back to the hospital, so bye” i don’t even let her respond before i hang up. I text Rose really quick to tell her to remind me to block Hana’s number and that I’ll be there in 15 minutes. I am driving about 10 over the speed limit; i hit the breaks because someone on a motorcycle decided to weave in between cars. I almost end up crashing into them, until they decide to speed up after going in front of me. I stop by one store on my way to get some pain medication i had called in to get.  I switch lanes, so that i can turn into the pharmacy and grab the medication I need and get back on the road. As soon as I get back to the hospital I run inside, of course i check in and everything before going up to Rose and Lisa. I haven’t quite thought of when i should give Rosa the ring, possibly tonight or tomorrow maybe next week. Anyway i get to them and they rush out and hug me.

“Hey Lisa how you feeling?”

“Better but, i'm not 100% sure what happened.”

“Its okay.”
