Sam's P.O.V
I was just walking with my dog in the snow for a bit, see I was a run away, living the life I needed. As my dog max and I strolled through the snow, I couldn't help but notice we were heading in the wrong direction.
I let out a shaky cold breath and looked around, "shit" I frowned and kept walking, "max.... buddy I think were lost" I tried to stay calm but felt anxiety rush over me, "we need to find a shelter, I don't want us to freeze to death" I said, "Hello?!" I screamed and max barked, "hello?!" I frowned and felt a few cold tears run down my face, "shit" I sighed and kept walking, I kept walking as the snow got heavier and harder to walk in.
Max barked and whimpered and I looked back at him, "come on buddy" I said and walked into an open field, seeing a cabin, "uh thank goodness, we'll take shelter there ok max, come on" I said and walked into the open field.
Third Person P.O.V
Bradley, Caleb and Elliot spotted a cabin in the distance, Caleb let out frustrating groan as he was cold, "I know bud just try not to think about it" his dad said and then they kept walking, suddenly Bradley came to an abrupt stop when hearing a dog bark, when he looked over he took one more step forward and the ice under him cracked and he went under, the cold iced water burning his skin, "Dad! Dad!" Caleb and his dad both turned around, his dad diving in and helping him up, as they struggled to make it to the cabin.
A couple minutes later Bradley was stripped of his clothing, sitting close to a fire and wrapped in a warm blanket, he coughed and heard more altering barks, "I can still hear it...." he said
"Hear what?" His father asked,
"The dog, there's a dog or something barking outside" he said and he went outside, seeing a dog barking and whimpering, sniffing the ice and shaking, Elliot approached it with caution and the dog barked, "hey hey hey, buddy what's wrong?" He frowned and saw a cracked bit of ice, leading to an open bit of ice, he cleared the snow from the ice that was near it and frowned as he saw a girl floating and unconscious.
