It is sunrise and  maybe raining
Thistleclaw Sings that to Snowfur, looking at the River seeing His and Snowfur's Shadow/Reflection fusing.

Part 3

In a thousand little unexpected ways "

It is Sunrise or Early morning, Thistleclaw comes back from a hunting patrol, sharing a piece of prey with Snowfur.

Part 4

I will be like the shimmer of one small star Out there, shining everywhere"

It is Morning/Sunhigh
First, there is Snowfurs death, turning into Bluestar/fur telling him that she died. He looked up, The background turning into the forest, Lipsyncing "shining everywhere" maybe crying.

Part 5

"I will be there beside you through the lonely nights that fall So close your eyes, remember my embrace"

It is night or day and the background can be the stream or the forest.
He Sings that to Snowfurs spirit, Maybe Crying.

Part 6

"I will be there like mercy, I will find you through it all"

Night, Thistleclaw sings that to snowfurs spirit, Looking into the lake,

Part 7

"This do I swear, I will be there"

In a dream he walks into the dark forest and Lipsyncs  'This do i swear,I will be there' to an Random/Unknown dark forest cat and then the 'Camera' pans to Snowfur in starclan, looking down.

Part 8

"In a language never spoken Live the promises we've made"

Daytime, Camp or a clearing in the forest.

Show living Snowfur looking at Thistleclaw, Smiling and walking towards him with an obvious Kitten-belly/while visibly being pregnant.

Part 9

"In the endless love that owned me heart and soul"

Starclan Snowfur Lipsyncing that.no specific Time or place or weather. Maybe you can add an flashback of Snowfur's death.
