"Miss Santos,Mr.Watson will see you now". as soon as I heard those words,my heart started beating fast.
I went to HR office.
   There was a handsome man, in his late 30's sat behind the mahogany desk.
  As I approach the desk,we shook hands and I greeted him. He told me to sit down.
So miss Santos,he began talking,"You have MBA degree in finance management,and your 4.5 GPA is very impressive,but I would like to know why did you applied for secretary post?.
He was looking at me like he found the lost part of puzzle.
I told him with confidence,"Mr. Watson,It's nice to meet you Sir,I wanted to start  my career with STARK INC. as u know I don't have any work experience so I thought secretary position will be fulfilling until you guys have other openings.I am not planning to work as secretary for long time.I will like to be pramoted in future."

"Very well Miss Santos, I am impressed.But I have something important to discuss with you.he looked at me raising his eyebrows as he continued,As you know that we are hiring secretaries for various departments, there is a slight change in the plans.
   We want to hire someone for Personal assistance of CEO as soon as possible.
   and I think you will be able to fill this position quite satisfactorily.
   Don't worry it's not permanent ,you will eventually be transferred to finance department once we get someone for this position permanently.
And your pay will be increased if you work as PA plus you will get more work exposer and learning experience working with the CEO himself."
  As I was absorbing this additional information,he told me," You have an hour to think about it.and let me know your decision."
With that he told me to wait outside.
    As I waited outside the office,my mind was wondering how can they suddenly change the position of hiring?
how come their CEO be so desperately needed a personal assistant?
Are they really going to transfer me in finance department after that?
  Sure the pay is great and I will get more exposure of how to manage such a big empire.
But I am not someone who bring coffee and answer the Damm phone, I am more qualified. Hell I should talk to Mr Watson about it.

I went to see the HR once again, I asked him," If the situation is temporary and will I be transferred to finance department."

  He nodded saying it's max. For 3 weeks then I can accept the finance secretary job.
   Ok,then I can do this right and the last time I checked their CEO was in his sixty's.I will surely gain some valuable knowledge,I thought.

Mr. Watson told me that I can join from tomorrow at 8:00, and the paperwork will be done tommorow.
  I nodded and took my leave, as I reached the door Mr. Watson said,"Oh! Miss Santos please be on time."
   With that I left the building and headed to my apartment.
"New York" was blasting from my stereo. I sang along with it.
  Finally I got the job, I did it.I will be working for my dream company.
    I had came so far from being a country side girl to a corporate junkie.finally my dreams will come true, I will stand for myself.
   As I reached home I told my friends that my interview went successfully and I  officially am an employee of STARK INDUSTRIES.
   As I was preparing for next day my bestie Sara came to my home to celebrate my success with the bubbly.
   I laughed when I saw her holding bubbly and smiling like a child.
  "Oh my! Congratulations girl I am so proud of you." Let's get drunk.
    That's the Sara I know,she never misses a chance to celebrate.
   Outspoken, bubbly and little too enthusiastic, she is a complete package.
 
She was just opposite of me in looks and in nature. Tall ,blode, sharp looks that can melt anyone to do things as she pleases and she is a cunning lawyer,so her talkative behavior comes in handy,we have known each other since college.
   We ordered pizza as I told her how the interview went as we were sitting on the couch.
    She asked me " Are you concerned about the PA position."
   i shook my head as i told her that I'm a little concerned but I think this will work.
    She told me to read the contract fully and I nodded "Yes mam."
  I asked her why she didn't come to the party yesterday , she told me she was out of town on a sudden business deal.
I teased her,"ohh a sudden business trip."I winked at her.
Sara throw the pillow at me while telling me that's not the case.
    ok seriously, I asked her,"what's Drake doing these days?"

   She told me he was very busy and they both didn't spend much time together so they are planning for vacation.
Drake is her boyfriend since college and they work in the same law ferm
I am really happy for her to find her soulmate.
   We ate the pizza and chatted for a while. It was late and work night so  she hugged me and told me  good night as she went to her apartment. We decided to meet again with all of our friends in the upcoming weekend.
   
I went to my bedroom and plopped down on my bed while trying to sleep,I looked at the clock it's 12:00 am.
I sighed , have to go to work tomorrow at 7 am so I can reach at 8 o'clock sharp.
   I am little bit nervous and excited for tomorrow as I was thinking this, I fell asleep.

Hi guys, sorry for not posting new chapter's as I was busy with my exam ,I will update regularly now so enjoy reading and let me know ur comments.
